I had a great experience here! The receptionist was very friendly, patient, and helpful while I was selecting my glasses. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my choice and didn't rush me at all. The doctor was also excellent -- very thorough and clearly explained my eyesight condition and what I need to do to improve it. I really appreciated how detailed and easy to understand everything was. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit. Highly recommend this place!

Such a great experience, loved my visit! Leslie at the front was friendly and very helpful, Dr Ghobrial was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and the office had a clean, relaxed vibe. Incredibly elegant!! Plus, they have an awesome selection of frames. I'd definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

It was a good overall experience. My eyes were tested and I was prescribed glasses for the first time ever in my life. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with explaining the process, insurance, and their selection of frames. However, the optometrist seemed unprepared to talk to someone receiving their first prescription of glasses. There was no "ok, here's what is going on with your eyes..." I had to ask specific questions to get any understanding of the exam results and then they seemed annoyed by the time I got to trying to understand when I should wear glasses or not -- giving very short, indirect responses. Luckily, the front office was more helpful but I'm still a bit confused from the optometrist.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!! VERY RUDE AND UNWELCOMING FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST. This older lady clearly picks and chooses who she's going be welcoming towards and has a nasty attitude towards others. So gross. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I don't get why people work a front desk job where you have to interact with people if they're going to be bitter and annoyed doing the job they're getting paid to do. As a receptionist, you are the first impression of the office. I left because of the poor treatment from her and now my impression of the whole office is bad because she had a poor attitude and lacked normal communication skills. SAD. Thank God there are so many other offices that know better and would be more than happy to have our business. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND UPDATE: The office manager reached out to me and was very apologetic of the receptionists behavior and assured me that she was going to have a conversation with her about the situation. I appreciate how quick they were to reach out and try to make things right. She went ahead and helped me get scheduled at their Antioch location and assured me that I'd have a better experience there. For that reason I will change my review from 1 star to 3 stars, solely because of my conversation with the office manager. I still believe the receptionist deserves 1 star, but the office as a whole does not.

Didn't have a long wait. Check up went smoothly and had new glasses prescription in about a half hour. Great service.
