The. Best. Eye. Dr.!!!! Our family has been coming here for five years. We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate this professional staff. The excellent care, excellent customer service, and all around friendly and professional staff always exceeds our expectations. From front office to eye exams, to ordering glasses and contacts, to assisting with insurance, this office truly knows their work! On another (important) note: on a recent international trip, our daughter forgot her contacts. Thanks to their online patient portal, prescriptions can be downloaded 24/7. We emailed it to a local eye dr and picked up the contacts same day. Amazing! Saved our trip!!! Thank you My Eye Dr!!!

Great office. They are all kind and it was a quick appointment with the nurse and doctor! Doctor was prompt and explained everything clearly. Scheduling with them was easy and the people at the glasses consultant is so friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience at the office! The environment was warm and welcoming, and everyone was incredibly patient and helpful. Dr. Norsworthi truly stands out as the best, and the staff--Glenda, Leslie, and John--were simply amazing. They went above and beyond to assist me with contact fitting and finding the best price for my purchase. It was a genuinely positive and supportive visit!

Very frustrating experience. Waited 45 past my scheduled appointment time. Then the doctor prescribed me a contact brand I didn't ask for without my consent (despite being very clear on the brand I prefer). They did not confirm the brand prior to ordering. When I received my order, I asked to return them and order the brand I wanted, but it has been over a week and they will not change my prescription to the correct brand and will not call me back. I'm at a loss at their unprofessionalism

I saw Dr Norsworthy today for the 1st time. She was excellent and very competent. She will be my "eye doctor" from now on!! In fact her entire staff was so friendly and made my visit very pleasant. I highly recommend this office to anyone!!

John English is such a patient and considerate eye consultant!!! I just ordered progressive lenses and he spent so much time adjusting and making small changes for me! First time progressives and thanks to John I'm all set and totally at ease!

Wonderful, helpful staff. I look forward to going to the optometrist! They are also so patient with my children.
