For the first time, in a long time, making an appointment was friendly and easy. Next, I received reminders of my appointment (that may be annoying to some, but for someone with a lot going on, it was great) and once I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Combs was fantastic with my young son. When my son didn't understand the directions or request to provided feedback, Dr. Combs very patiently walked him through what was needed. He also discovered an abnormality that needs to be monitored. They had a wide selection of frames, and the assist in finding the perfect ones was also incredible. Start to finish, this was a fantastic experience.

I called for an appointment for my daughter, they got us in the next day. The staff is amazing. The doctor was attentive and was wonderful with my 8 year old. He made her laugh the entire time during her examination. He was very thorough with the results and made sure to answer all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in it was a very friendly atmosphere. I was immediately able to look at frame designs and never felt rushed or pressured (though the temperature was a little high for me--I was wearing a lite weight tee).
When I was ready to choose, Jami explained what my insurance covered and the difference in my choice of additions to lens.This allowed me to choose what was best for me. Lisa and Jami made it a smooth and friendly experience.

I had not had an eye exam in 4 years. I have VSP insurance and this location is covered by VSP. Ms. Lisa at the Front Desk is one of the kindest people I have met. Dr. Combs completed my eye exam. He was informative and kind. I appreciate that he did not push me to get glasses, as I can still use OTC cheaters for now. He did offer me a prescription, in the event my vision changes prior to my next exam in a year. He listened ti my concerns and addressed them. I will definitely return to this location. Everyone in their office is kind and helpful. Definitely 5 Stars!!

Dr. Combs and his team provided excellent care for my mother-in-law. She was referred by her retinal specialist for evaluation for glasses, but Dr. Combs and his team found an acute problem that would have lead to blindness if not diagnosed and treated promptly. The entire team provided not only timely and advanced care, but also incredible compassion and patience. I highly recommend Dr. Combs and his team!

The whole team from receptionist to Doctor Combs and everyone in between were very professional courteous and keep a very clean facility equipped with numerous sophisticated state-of-the-art Eye testing equipment which were all extremely important and I appreciate them all for helping me get through some scary age related site changes including floaters detaching into my field of vision it was a true blessing to have Dr. combs explain everything so thoroughly to relieve me from my concerns so thank you to you and your team
