Tennessee Eye Care

I came there 11/26/2025. I was nice to your staff including the receptionist that was a bit hateful. I did NOT ask to come there at all. I was told by insurance me to go to an eye specialist because of my health issues at hand. I went because of that and now insurance refuses to pay. I done exactly everything your supposedly professional done. So why aren't they wanting to pay. I DID NOT refuse nothing even the pain and migraines you caused me with the eye drops. Thanks for not helping. Your company can easily say to the insurance this has to be paid cause she needs it. I see now even though I am half blind. Your company only care about themselves. Wow!

I saw Dr. Monica Perry and she was patient & professional with me as we determined the best options for my multi-focal contact lenses. She provided samples for me to take home & try while I was at work, home, etc... which I found extremely helpful in making the best decision for me! I highly recommend Dr. Perry for your next optical appointment!

I almost did not schedule an appointment based on some reviews I saw. I ultimately decided to give it a chance and I'm very happy I did. I was able to get a next day appointment (other vision care options were offering appointments about 2 months out). Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, from being signed in, to having the exam, to picking out glasses. The office was clean and overall a very positive and welcoming experience.

Dr. Perry is excellent!!! She is very thorough. Friendly staff and very efficient. Only waited a few minutes.

My experiences at this office has been professional and courteous. Out of the 3 visits, I only had a 15 minute wait once. This is a no nonsense facility, courteous but focused. If you want a place to chit chat go to starbucks. If you want great service, this is your place.

Waited 45 minutes after appointment. Never got called. Way over crowded. Way over booked. Extremely cramped waiting room. Will not go back

Edit to add: I called today to see if I could pay and come by to pick up my prescription and now they say I have to come back in bc they didn't even write a prescription or document what it would be. They just want to charge my insurance more. Beware of fraud there. I made an appt and asked what my cost would be for a contact exam and was told my insurance covered everything but materials. The receptionist also gave me the same thing when I checked it. After my exam they said you owe $100 for the fitting and then we can give you your prescription so you can order contacts. This was very far from what I was told on the phone and at check in. They really need to work on being upfront and accurate about out of pocket costs. The wait time is also terrible. I was there for 3 hours. Dr Lawrence is great, can't say much about the other staff.

I brought my mother here for her after CATARACT surgery follow up the same day as her surgery, arrived 15 minutes early to a completely packed waiting room, waited over an hour for the appointment. When I inquired about the delay I was told we were training on a new system so we are a little behind. As I am writing this review we are still sitting in the waiting room (over an hour). I would not recommend this office unless you have nothing but time to waste on a simple surgical follow up. they take you to one room do a couple tests then put you in another waiting room to see the dr. So we were told but ended up in an exam room with another tech who didn't address us when we walked in I had to assist my mother in the chair. The tech finally spoke when she was exiting the room stating the dr will be in in a minute. So now we wait........dr came in and in 2 minutes we were out. Over all the md was informative but the facility staff was severely lacking customer service skills. I would use your discretion when using this facility.
