Dr Laney is a kind lady who took the time to answer my questions in what I assume was quite a busy day.
The receptionist was less than friendly, and the only smile I received was when I was handed off to the Asian lady. From that point on, the staff was friendly.
The facility itself was beautiful. I loved the knoxville historical pictures that adorned this upscale facility.
I would recommend Dr Laney and will be back as I have a few eye issues to work through.
I can only hope that I will be greeted with a smile next time.

This office opens at 8:30, not 8:00. The physicians are awesome, especially Dr Laney. The office staff are so friendly and very efficient. I would recommend them as the best in Knoxville!
