I came in thinking I had an appointment, but was told I didn't, so I was willing to reschedule, but the staff and Dr. Bell told me they would work me in for my annual eye exam. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes and was given a top notch eye exam nevertheless! Great customer care in every way!

I Love the Eyecare center of Tullahoma. Dr. Bell has always taken great care of my eyes and the staff treats you with respect. I also had to have cataract surgery 3 years ago and the surgeons did a great job before, during and after with my care. I recommend them for all your eye care needs.

Worse customer service ever. One say they take patients with certain insurance. Transfers me to make an appointment only to hear were not taking that insurance. Communication is lost now days. Oh and when i questioned it and I questioned it the way I always do lately. Very sternly I might add. They hung up on me. If i could I'd give 0 stars. This is exactly why I hate dealing with doctor offices. They are always right and you're never going to be!

Dr. Bell is very nice and thorough with the eye exam. She listens to you and focuses on you during your exam. I never felt rushed. A few of the staff up front could use some classes on manners. Things I have been told and overheard while they are on the phone with other patients are not appropriate.
