Never been in to have a procedure and told at that time in order to have the procedure you have to pay $500. Normally you are told about insurance coverage and what you are expected to pay prior to the day of procedure. What a mess! Someone is not doing their job.

Not happy with the east Tennessee based company. My cataract surgery was scheduled at the Tullahoma center today and they could not get the I.V. started after 10 sticks. The lady that was trying to stick me his haphazardy stuck me continuously. They also would not let my wife come back with me and see me. There was no privacy it was like a factory. So they sent me away because they could not start an I.V. I made an appointment with a doctor that is locally based here in Town that uses Tullahoma Surgery Center.
