I can't say enough good things about The Local Optical. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I can feel pretty awkward during things like this, but they make me feel completely comfortable every single time.
Every staff member is kind and treats you like an actual person, not just another appointment. The eye doctor is friendly, down to earth, clearly cares, and actually takes the time to explain things in a way that's easy to understand.
The medical assistant is genuinely sweet, Kenzie at the front desk is wonderful, and the lady who helps pick out frames is honest and 100% wants you to find what looks best on you.
They're incredibly professional, but still make you feel cared about and at ease the whole time. I couldn't recommend them more.

Local Optical is absolutely fantastic! As soon as you walk into the door you are greeted with a friendly smile and the ladies make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The eye doctor was very nice and friendly answering all questions I had and helpful. I also had an Absolutely Amazing Lady helping me choose which glasses to get , she is the best! I 100 % recommend going here !

The Local Optical has been a blessing for my family! They are able to get me in quickly, efficient with their appointments, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and Dr. Jones is amazing. My family goes there and we've all had great experiences. Oh and a bonus, they have the latest technology to catch things early and be more preventative and proactive and didn't have to dilate my eyes! Would definitely recommend you give them a try! They were even able to make sure I made the most of my benefits so I didn't have to pay as much out-of-pocket, and I appreciate them looking out for me so much. Go SEE them!
