I recently found out I needed to have cataract surgery on both eyes. I asked several Facebook groups in Tullahoma and in Moore County for recommendations for a good Opthamologist they had actually used. Dr. Collier at the Eye Care Center in Tullahoma was recommended the most, plus a close friend spoke highly of him as well. At my first appointment, the staff conducted a surprising number of tests on my eyes and vision. When I met with Dr. Collier, he took the time to explain the complexities of my particular situation and the type lens he suggested for implantation after removing the cataracts. He does one eye at a time to ensure the eye is healed and the outcome went as expected. After the first procedure I was amazed at how much clearer and brighter my vision had become. I just had my second eye done and even though the eye is still healing, my vision is already brighter and clearer. Regarding the surgeries, they were done at the Tullahoma Surgery Center. The facility is fantastic and the staff are so professional and friendly that the whole experience is essentially stress free. I go back for my follow up appointment with Dr. Collier in a couple weeks, and I'm sure he and is entire staff will once again provide the top-notch treatment and professionalism I've already experienced. Dr. Collier, his staff, the Tullahoma Eye Care Center and the Tullahoma Surgery Center are a combination that just can't be beat.
