Pamela is the optician who assisted me and I would give her 10 stars if I could. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased 2 pair of glasses for my daughter. She got her measurements quickly and without even upsetting her. People like her are priceless as my daughter is autistic and things like this can turn into epic events. When they came in, she adjusted them to perfectly fit my sweet girl's face so they didn't bother her. She was wonderful and I wanted to leave this review to let others know. We were walk ins a while back so we did not encounter the person referred to in the other reviews.

I would leave no stars if I could. Lacey (sp?) Front receptionist is VERY rude. From reading the reviews, I am not the only one who has this opinion. She does not have listening skills and is very argumentative. I asked to speak with the Dr to ask a medical question and she inferred that she would be the one would called me back. I'm pretty sure if you're not medical personnel such as a Dr pt NP, you cant give out medical advise. I hope their phone calls are recorded when the Marketing Manager reviews my complaint. She is VERY unprofessional in EVERY aspect. If she feels this comfortable talking to customers the way she did to me, I'm would bet ALL of my money that I am not the first one she's been like that to, nor will I be the last. If the doctor is allowing her to make medical decisions or relaying medical info through her, something needs to be done about that too.
