Dr Tran has been my Optometrist for years now and he never disapoints. In addition to always being very thorough in his exams, as well as kind, Dr Tran also takes the time to explain and answer any questions. Having underlying medical issues this is important as I want to educate myself to easier recognize any changes. I'm very grateful to my friends who recommended Dr Tran. I will never go anywhere else unless forced to. Also Cynthia is lovely and does whatever she can (if she can), to be accommodating. Thank you! I consider myself very fortunate.

It actually was going fine until I called the office with a question about my glasses prescription. I erroneously thought the glasses prescription would read the same as my contacts prescription so I asked the assistant on the phone why the numbers were different on the paper. I've worked for an office and I know clerical errors can happen to any of us. After 2 questions, the doctor abruptly took the phone from the assistant and was very curt with me. I tried to explain that I just didn't understand and was not complaining. I was surprised that he was so rude when he was totally normal during the examination. Beware if you have any questions for him after the appointment. I will most certainly not be back. Very disappointed.

Came in Saturday for a medical emergency. I typically came here & the door advertises for walk ins. The young lady shared they don't take walk ins on Saturday. Due to not being able to see, I either needing a walk in appointment or temporary set of contacts I was offered neither.
In my history of relationships with Optometrist I have never experienced where they CHOSE to be complete unsupportive to their clients. As I had been offered a temporary set of contacts in the past from this very location. I found the behavior to be super uncaring and hateful. Will no longer be supporting this business. This is not your place if you have emergencies.
