Vision City of Arlington

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. I had a highly disappointing and costly experience at Vision City in Arlington. I purchased a new set of lenses, and while an employee was swapping them out, their long acrylic nails actually scratched the brand-new lenses. When I brought this to the manager's attention, they completely refused to take responsibility or replace the lenses that they damaged. I was told they would "get back to me," which is clearly a tactic to avoid resolving the issue. Be extremely wary of their non-advertised return policy. They claim everything is "final sale" regardless of whether the staff damages your items or not. They initially mentioned store credit but then backtracked and refused that as well. To make matters worse, the price gouging here is egregious. They are selling Puma branded glasses for $300 when you can find the exact same frames online for $66.17. That is a 350% markup for a store that won't even stand behind their own mistakes. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and the frustration: get your eye exam elsewhere and buy your glasses online. This place is a ripoff and will not protect your investment if they damage it.

Dr Martin is by far the best optometrist!!! He's been our doc for 33 years. He truly listens and hears. We are so thankful for him through all seasons of our lives, young marrieds, with young children, school age kids, kids with auto immune issues, the grown kids and now our almost empty nesting stage. He is trustworthy and gets to the bottom of any issue no matter what it takes. Dr Martin at Vision City is the best!

Dr. Martin at Vision City is absolutely wonderful. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to truly listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and he made the entire exam comfortable and stress-free. The staff at Vision City is friendly and efficient, and the office runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. Dr. Martin's attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I felt confident in my prescription and appreciated his thoughtful recommendations. Highly recommend Dr. Martin and the Vision City team to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

We had a fantastic first experience when my shy 7-year-old went in for an eye exam. My daughter loves learning about the human body, and the optometrist took the time to explain the eyes and their different parts in a fun, engaging way. She thought it was the greatest thing! He was funny, patient, and made her feel completely comfortable. We even walked in without an appointment and waited no more than 15 minutes. Overall, a wonderful experience--we highly recommend!

Dr. Martin and his staff are a fantastic group. The energy is positive. The atmosphere is comfortable. Dr. Martin knows what he's doing. I've learned a lot about my eyes and my overall health during my visit. I highly recommend this office for your vision needs.

Dr Martin is always great! Very personable and great diagnosing vision changes and health. Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is front desk scheduling mixup which led to 1 hour wait.

Making an appointment was easy and simple. Wait time upon arrival was reasonable to get 1st time patient appointment underway. Completely impressed with Dr. Allen's both education & training and more important was her attention to detail to identify my concerns, overall health & eye health history. The location was clean! I felt free from fear or sales pressure from opticians. Every one I came in contact with casually, or intentionally, asked if I needed assistance which was professionally impressive. Dr. Clark made an excellent recommendation on my contacts. I am wearing the trial contacts and these are exceptionally comfortable. Only reason I was looking for a new eye doctor is mine retired. I highly recommend Dr. Clark.
