Once you leave, you can't ever get in touch with this location again via phone or electronically, unless is to set up another appointment or show up in person. Very inconvenient. I loved my doctor and attention on the day of my exam was good, but I've needed to get in touch with them to ask other questions or other issues besides making an appointment. I've left voicemail messages, sent messages through the portal and they never replied. I would choose another provider because I've never had so much trouble contacting a medical provider in the past.

I had been living with cataracts for years, scared to have the procedure done. I finally decided my need to see and read was too important and went to KW, N Arlington. Dr Barke was amazing as was Dr Sanchez. They handled my extreme anxiety great as did all the staff and the procedure took very little time. I'm one day out on my right eye (left done few weeks ago) and I've gone from -12 &-10 contacts to 20/30vision! Wish I had done this years ago. Dr Barke thank you!!!!!

I had eye surgery and they put the wrong implant. Then I had called them several times to get the office. I never got my call returned except the day of the appointment after I texted them on poor service. The doctors are very good but the office staff continuously give me very poor service. Office manager is the worst. Please read my text to office. If they don't agree with my text why don't they respond my text. They left a message in my answering service when I arrived there. This the worst office. They have to tell me upfront they do not take vision insurance before I come there. Again Dr Huang is very good. But office staff are very bad and give poor service.
