If we you are going to dallas YES! THE one in ARLINGTON, NO!!!!! HUGE DIFFERENCE they are nice, Some are Politely Rude. Call back was quick, level of attentiveness 2(on level 1-10) I haven't experienced that level of feeling unheard since, I spoke to my hubby about shoes. Oh well live and learn. Lesson received.

The waiting area is pleasant. Instructions are clear. Personnel are nice. Dr. Hong is fun to talk to and she is brilliant. She did cataract surgery on both of my eyes a few years ago and now I have 20/20 distant vision in my eyes.

This office is a complete disappointment. The staff always seem unhappy and are some of the most unfriendly people I've encountered. The whole place is chaotic and lacks professionalism. I've made several appointments and even paid for a contact lens exam, yet they're insisting I come in a third time before I can get my contacts. I've been wearing contacts for years, and I explained that I just started a new job with a changing schedule, but they still refuse to accommodate me. I definitely won't be returning!

I will never return this office again. Remind you the whole process took over 2 hours. The prescription was given to strong for my eyes. At the end of my appointment I paid the co pay they told me to pay. A week later I get a bill of more money to pay?!!!! So unprofessional and all they want is money, all these extra charges and high price for an eye exam? Just for you to ask me if I can see a number or letter?!!

Deceptive eye group!! Brought my mom here. She received an eye exam and was told she had 20/20 and did not need glasses or refraction. We went to check out and the girl said 'oh it will be $59. What? Why?? I said, We do not need glasses and was told that. "Well the form was signed she said, We have to collect it" My mom was in a wheelchair and she filled her paperwork in a back dark office, and to make matters worst the lady patty who did her exam assisted her in what to sign because of the dark room. The same lady who said she didn't need to get glasses or a refraction. Won't be back because I believe that was very underhanded!!!!! Too many other places to go!!!!'
