Can't recommend this doctor after an awful experience. Spoke very rudely and rushed us out of our appointment. Cut us off while we began explaining symptoms and got very angry and short when I would translate for my father. She claimed his eyes aren't an issue because reading exam showed it's good enough to pass driver license requirement. Clearly in a rush to see us leave and made it a point to schedule follow ups with someone else.

I have been with Dr. Hong at Key/Whitman since before 2015 when I had very complex cataract surgery. My vision was completely corrected and has remained stable. Dr. Hong and her staff are easy to talk with and professional and dedicated to exceptional service.

I LOVE Key-Whitman Eye Center. They take very good care of me and my eyes. They do tests that other optometrists do not do. Also having a doctor check your eyes extensively for other diseases is all that anyone could ask for. Optometrists do not do that either. As we age we can developed other eye problems that Key-Whitman Eye Center is trained to diagnose and help you with. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Amy Hong for years and she is excellent!!! We love her. My last visit was exceptional with the help of Mackenzie. She took my reading test with such perfect timing I didn't have to guess which example was better or worse. Short term memory is always easier so when she took very little time to switch from one example of letters to the next it was a breeze getting that done so quickly. I didn't have to second guess or have to repeat the examples very often. Good job Mackenzie!! I appreciate you!!

Every time my spouse and I go or call Key Whitman it amazing. The staff and the nurses are awesome. I don't even have the words to express on much we love Dr Hong.

Dr. Hong is great. She explained my condition throughly and thoughtfully. The clinic is always clean and the staff is kind and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for courteous and compassionate treatment.

I had an eye problem and the office was able to give me an appt within the hour. All the staff were kind and caring. Dr. Hong diagnosed and treated the eye problem, answering all my questions. She has a fun personality and calmed my nerves.

Appreciate her attention to my dry eye and explaining additional steps I can take to make this condition better. Very positive and provided needed motivation. She is refreshing and very good doctor.

Dr . Hong is a good dr. She tells you everything she's going to do . E x plains it very well . She's friendly . I wouldn't go to anyone else . She really helped me . I will refer her to anyone I know .
