They really take care of you at Clarity :) Dr. Tran is the best, friendly, professional, and thorough and the staff is top notch! I got contacts there and one of them waited with me patiently for over 30 minutes while I got the hang of putting them in, always giving me pointers and never making me feel rushed. I really feel comfortable there and I won't be going anywhere else :)

If you read his ad, it states cost-effective but $250 to get your eyes exam which could go up to 279 is Ludacris the average every day working person can barely afford the good old-fashioned $107 exam at the people down the street, let alone 250 to 279 really this is the price I paid for being a cash pay patient I guess because so many people have Medicaid and Medicare government subsidy, which they very well should have but what about us every day working people we cannot afford 200 and some dollars for a basic eye exam can't tell you his bedside manner because I wasn't able to afford to get there due to the high designer price and this is Walmart?????? I thank you very much for actually responding back to my review but it is listed affordable and if you call around affordable is 120 which is some of the other places are advertising for just the same comprehensive eye exam and when I did call, I asked for a basic contact and glasses exam I was asked did I have astigmatism how long I have worn contacts meaning years . I do believe the young lady upfront fully understood what I was asking her and this was the price that was quoted to me as she stated to me. Yes, everything has gone up. Prices are not like what they used to be but once again, thank you so much for trying your best to clarify that. I'm pretty sure as people do come in. They will see that you are quite pricey and there's so many other places that are changed such as America's best, small or Walmart and other optometry and opticians that do have specials that run reasonably priced 125 to 175 minus stigmatism minus complex cases.

Highly recommend Dr. Tran! He took 2 hours to figure out my very complicated eye and vision! He also took the time to talk to me about Life! He made a huge difference in my day , just by taking the time to care about me and my feelings! He has a very rare quality that you don't see everyday ! Especially in this busy world! Thank you!

Dr himself does great work and actually takes care of your vision, however front staff doesn't seem to be friendly. Walked in to schedule my yearly exam, 3 people sitting behind the desk, one person in the lobby, no one on the phone and was not greeted by one person until I turned around to walk away. Will try a different eye doctor this year. Customer service is a key factor.

We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Tran. My kids felt at ease and received quality care. Dr. Tran was thorough in explaining the eye exam, took the time to answer my questions, and offered personalized recommendations. He noticed quickly that my son's previous prescription was too strong, and worked diligently to help us fix it. I'm grateful that we did not feel rushed out of there, but instead felt like we were receiving the same treatment as family would. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Clarity Eye Care for anyone looking. 5 stars all around!

Honestly, the best eye exam I've had in my life. The service was impeccable! They were able to get me in the same day, with no wait. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. The staff is extremely kind and thorough. Dr Tran is the best! Don't hesitate to walk in or make an appointment!

Was referred by a friend to come here and 100% worth it. Dr. Tran and team were amazing and so thorough. Most comprehensive and detailed exam I've ever had. Needed contacts and had struggled to find the right ones. Dr. Tran was able to do it! 10/10 recommend coming to see him!
