I was on a limited budget and needed new glasses. Julian was great! He was patient with my many questions and went above and beyond to help me. Baise David ,the General Manager even got involved to help customize my order. Sonia at the main desk was also extremely nice and helpful to look up my insurance and printed me a copy of my past examination I needed. I have been a patient of Dr. Karangus for about 20 years. She is an excellent DO. Kudos to all of you. You always go above and beyond to make sure your customers are completely satisfied! Thank you.

Am visiting from the UK when unfortunately the frames of my glasses broke!! MYEYEDR happened to be in the vicinity so I stopped in to see if they could help me. They greeted me with a pleasant & friendly demeanour and were more than happy to to help! I'm happy to say my glasses are now fixed and they even put a stylish touch that hides the adjustment! I visited Collins location in Arlington, Tex for breaking off one arm of glasses. I didn't have the missing part. I have an appt next week but didn't want to by new frames until that visit. I am very disappointed, it's been an over a month and my daughter's glasses are still not ready. The staff needs to work on communicating, never received a call regarding the status on my daughter's glasses. I had to go in person because they never answer the phone and to make it better, I was not even greeted. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me and to just tell me I have to wait another week. I will never go to this place again!

I took my son to see Dr. Gayle Karanges, OD at this MyEyeDr. location, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. She did not engage with us during the appointment the way we expected, and she didn't answer our questions. Instead, she told me to "ask your questions to the front desk," which felt very dismissive and rude.
As a parent, I was hoping for clear communication and care during my son's eye exam, but I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. This was not the level of professionalism or kindness I was expecting.
