Everyone here was amazing. The general manager, Jessica, greeted us right away and was incredibly kind and helpful, and the entire staff was just as welcoming. It's rare to walk into a place where every single person is genuinely nice. Dr. Catherine Dinh made the entire experience exceptional!! A phenomenal doctor, full of joy, and truly caring. She made the visit feel comfortable and positive. I've never experienced a place where everyone was this kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I brought my glasses in to have a nose pad replaced and was told it could be fixed. While working on them, the nose arm broke completely. I understand the glasses were already damaged, but I wasn't told there was a risk they could become unusable. Now they're worse than when I brought them in, and I was told there's nothing they can do. I just wish the risk had been communicated beforehand.

Such a great experience! The staff was welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Allison did an amazing job breaking down my vision issue that I've been struggling with for months. If you're in or around the Viridian area, this myeyedr location is well worth the extra short drive

Beyond my expectations from check in to new glasses. I highly recommend My Eye Dr. Extra time and care was taken to fine tune my needs .

I am really surprised this fishy place got so fabulous reviews. We have been taking our kid to this doctor and the doctors themself seem to know what they do. The office is clean and the waiting time is close to be reasonable. However we are constantly having billing issues. I am nowhere ready to pay $300+ for a visit with the insurance covering an annual visit in full. Called them a few times and still getting wrong bills. Just beware of their malicious practice when it comes to billing and payments. Do not recommend.

Dr. Daniel Price is a gem!! He used to be my eye doctor when I used to live in Arlington. When I moved to Grand Prairie and then grapevine, I went to other eye doctors that I felt could never get my prescription quite right (I have a difficult left eye that is hard to find sample lenses for -- far sighted and astigmatism). I decided to come back to Dr Price even though it is a 25 minute drive and he is just as fantastic as I remember. He really made the whole appointment a breeze, takes the time to listen, and is very personable and easy to talk to. His office staff and assistants are also top-notch and super kind. I have recommended Dr Price and his office to so many people!

When you first walk in they are all so welcoming and take away any anxiety you have when coming to get your eyes examined. It smells so nice like a luxury experience. They were so organized and professional. Ms Asha Smith was helpful and made the process seamless. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
