The front staff were happy to take me in as a walk-in on 12/31 (day vision insurance expires for the year) w/ an hour wait time and option to complete intake paperwork from my phone so I didn't have to sit idly in the waiting room. They were very upbeat! The office was also very clean, which was a good sign in such a high traffic location.
When I returned for my appt., even though there were others that had arrived since, they quickly got me back and the girls handling the eye scan/evaluation process were also very friendly. Again, the machines and area where they performed the scans/tests were very clean, which was a good sign because so many people come through and put their faces/eyes on the same machines.
When I saw the doctor, I was pleasantly surprised by how upbeat and knowledgeable he was, considering I knew he had likely seen a ton of patients already that day, with more to come. He took time to explain things to me, including the images/scans they took of my eye (eye health), and exercised patience in helping me get my prescription just right.
Overall, it was a good visit. I would definitely return.

I highly recommend Master Eye Associates. Our daughter Maddy, needed an eye exam in order to get a new pair of glasses. The entire staff was more than happy to us. The front desk nurses were very helpful, polite and caring to our needs. They even offered stickers to both of our kids. As we proceeded through the office to the exam, the next nurse was very patient with our eight year old during the optical exam. The nurse was encouraging and very attentive....by walking/talking Maddy through the procedure. Finally we meet with the optometrist. He explained Maddy's eye results, allowed for questions and gave great advice on how to proceed with her eye prescription for a new pair of glasses.
I highly recommend Master Eye Associates....because everyone in the office was nice and caring and they're attitude towards our needs was on point and very kind.

My first time at Master Eye Arlington and I enjoyed every minite of it! From check-in with Ms. Chayil the receptionist I felt that my experience would only get better. She answered my questions and was VERY professional and helpful with the checkin process. After being checked in I proceeded to the area where my eyes were scanned. Immediately afterwards I was put in the exam room where Dr. Singleton came in and let me say Dr. Singleton was so patient with me and had me at ease about all my options. He was very informative on the different types of lenses and what could help enhance my sight. I will definitely be back! Thank you Ms.Chayil & Dr. Singleton for this AMAZING experience and all that you do!

I was able to walk in for immediate eye exam which is always appreciated. My only concern was the scan code to complete pre exam questions took my to a scam link. This caused a lock on my debit card. I don't believe it was intentional, just annoying. Overall a nice exam was completed.

Very unsatisfied. I made an appointment for 10:45am. I arrived at 10:40am, but I did not get called back for an HOUR at 11:45am! If I were an hour late to a doctor's appointment, they would have charged me and cancelled my appointment. But this place thinks it is okay to make people with appointments wait an hour!
