I absolutely love my eye doctor family. The customer service is amazing. They keep my vision good.

Absolutely horrible experience. Do not recommend for contacts. I came here to get contacts for the first time, and instead of being patient and understanding, the doctor kept scolding me for not practicing. He even told me he had seen seventh graders do it, which was incredibly discouraging. The whole process was stressful, and I ended up paying for the contact lens prescription without ever buying or trying them here. A few weeks ago, I went to a different clinic in Irving called Spectocular. Despite my negative experience before and no practice at all, the doctor and staff there took the time to explain everything clearly. They were patient while I tried, encouraged me, despite it taking 45 mins for me to get them in and out. They helped me safely get my contacts in and reassured me that the appointment was an hour long for a reason. I never felt pressured or made to feel stupid. If you are new to contacts, I highly recommend going somewhere else where they treat you with patience and respect.

The staff and Dr. Jonathan are the best! Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny!! You can't go wrong with choosing Optimum Eye Care!!

I am amazed at how good Optimum Eyecare is, it's very hard to find Drs like Dr VuTran and Dr Pham . The staff is awesome! They helped to explain my benefits, and the drs take their time and explain the exam if needed. My family and I have came to Optimum Eyecare for years now, and will continue to do so.

Don't use this place. They are very nice upfront but have no follow through. Took me 3wks to get a prescription emailed when i asked for it before leaving my appointment. Contacts took almost two months they didn't call to say they were in or there was a delay i had to go in office everytime only to be told i would get a follow up call and never did. This has been my experience the last three times going. So safe to say this is my last ill find another place

Great customer service. Receptionists friendly. It was pretty easy to schedule an appointment and they even called to confirm. The waiting area was pretty clean and comfortable. Dr. Pham is one of nicest optometrists I had. Very easy to talk with actually took time to give me a full eye examination. Overall, my experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend for their professionalism and outstanding service. +Nice inventory of glasses/sunglasses (Nike/luxury).

Dr. Pham very quick, communicative, and knowledgeable, got my eyes checked and contacts ordered no problem. He offered a better alternative for contacts I will be trying next time. Thanks doc!

We love Dr. Pham! He made sure to addressed all my concerns and gave me helpful recommendations for my eye care. Their selection of frames were impressive. Also, the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend seeing him!
