First time EVER at a vision doctor for an eye exam. Found them through my insurance and was actually excited to see what they could do for me. Upon entering the first exam room with the tech, the machine was not cleaned and the tech informed me she would clean it before we get started. I am not sure if the infection came from those first machines or the one the doctor used in the second exam room. I contracted Blepharitis and a huge Stye in my left eye. The symptoms showed up two days later and as you can see from the photos, it continued to get worse. I called the office to tell them about the infection and was told that there is no way to prove that it came from their office. Basically, it is just a HUGE coincidence that I have never had an eye infection in 35 years and I visit an eye doctor who has me press my eyes against several machines that are shared with other people and I get this massive eye infection...OK, sure. However, I was told that since it is a medical condition and they do not take my health insurance, that I would have to pay an additional $100 to see the eye doctor. I am not even sure that she would even be able to help considering she is an optometrist and not an ophthalmologist. I was never offered to come back in and just have her at least look at it. NOTHING. I will NEVER return to this filthy place. Zero accountability and ZERO consideration that I had to walk around and go to work with a massive swollen eye lid for over a week. I scheduled an appt with an urgent care on the 4th day and was able to get in and out for $80...which I should not have had to pay for!!! I will now carry Lysol with me and clean the machine myself when I need my next eye exam because the trust is broken that these offices are thoroughly cleaning the machines and PROTECTING THEIR PATIENTS.

Dr. Cleveland was so sweet! And the staff is here is also really helpful. Making the appointment was simple and easy. When I got in and had my eyes looked at, I went over to look at frames. I can't remember the techs name who helped me, but she was giving me feedback on how different frames looked on me and everything! Customer service was top tier from start to finish

The optometrist is sweet & thorough. The staff was kind and professional, the clinic was very clean, and they have a great selection of frames. H

Definitely the best eye doctor I have ever been to and I have been to many! The staff and the Dr are every attentive, patient and thorough. Everyone in office is so amazing. I will never go anywhere else. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience!! I wish I could give even more stars!!!

Myself, my son, my mom and my sister have been patients of Dr. Cleveland for many years. As of late, Dr. Cleveland is rarely around and my son had to see the new female Dr. in the office. On the day of his exam, he was told they didn't have any trial contacts to give him in his prescription, so they gave him samples that were .25 lower to wear until they could order the right samples. Long story short, they never ordered them. So when I called back to get the new ones, the brand they prescribed did not exist in his prescription (how the Dr. didn't know that is beyond me). So, it will now take 7 days to get the correct samples, but they refused to give him samples to get him through to the 7 day mark. All of a sudden, they can't give him a prescription that's close (like they did a week ago when it was convenient for them). When my son's prescription is finalized, I will get it and never spend another dime there. The staff was rude to my son (probably because he's only 16). I've never... until now, had a problem with the customer service there. But I have a problem when business don't own and rectify the mistakes they make!

Dr. Cleveland knows what he is doing and is very helpful. His staff on the other hand seems quite incompetent to do even the most simple of tasks. Its been over 2 months now since i ordered and paid for my lenses . I have gone up there twice now to check on my order since no one has called me... well that's because no one ordered them, even after speaking to them in person about how upset i was the order never got put in the first time around.

Terrible place. Went for an eye exam to get prescription and was told I had to sign off on spending up to $195 on miscellaneous items as they saw fit. I told the lady behind the desk I only needed to check my prescription (as I do every year) and she said that was not possible and I had no choice as to what all they were going to do and charge me for. Don't waste your time here, there are too many other honest places to go.

Dr. Cleveland is a great optometrist. He's very detail oriented and he truly cares for his patients. Myself, my wife and children trust Dr. Cleveland with the care of our eyes. I've known the Cleveland family for years and they are professionals with a high moral character. Also choosing my glasses wasn't rushed. I was allowed to take my time and given honest but not overly critical opinions on the good, the bad, and the ugly. I would whole heartedly recommend Vision Source Professional Eye Care for your family's eye care needs.
