Energetic positive vibes. It started with the phone call to make the appointment. The front office helped me so so much. Thank you ladies. Dr. Crawford and Micayla perfect pair. She picks up where he leaves off. She's very explanatory regarding what to expect. Like I said the Dr, staff, and the appointment not enough words to express. My boyfriend was the one that had the appointment. Had to have shots in his eye. Micayla was telling him his next appointment would be in a month. He says oh so we're not doing the shot today. We were like he's already done the shot. He looked at me I said yes he's already done the shot. I would recommend Dr. Crawford and staff 100%. George Rowan Peggy

I am a very disappointed client, who visited your office on Monday, March 31, 2025. This was my initial appointment. When I scheduled the appointment, I requested to be seen by Dr. Crawford; however, upon arrival I was informed that Dr. Chaulk would see me. This information should have been given to my wife when she scheduled the appointment. We requested Dr. Crawford because he treated my wife in 2023 and have been VERY pleased with the care she received. After 2 hours and 15-minute wait (no explanation was provided), I was finally seen for 6 minutes by an ice-cold, unprofessional Dr. Chaulk. She did not address me, my wife, or introduce the person who she brought in the room with her. She gave a 30-second synopsis and left the room. She did not give me a chance to ask a question. No, I am not confident that she gave me an accurate diagnosis because of her vague explanation and not given the opportunity to ask a question. I am a diabetic and have some questions/concerns; especially since my primary felt the need to refer me to a specialist. If I have to see her and this will be the level of care she provides, I will not be back. This is unfortunate for Dr. Crawford's practice because he's an EXCELLENT physician!

I am retired and live in Longview Texas. My wife has encouraged me to get my eyes done locally. Went to local eye clinic and they said that the eye that Dr Crawford had worked on was healed! Good news! Bad news my other eye is now very bad with Wet MD. They tried to get me to go to Tyler for treatment! I am going back to Dr Crawford because my eyes are too important!

Dr. Crawford is right up there with the "POPE"! I don't believe you can get much higher than the "POPE"!!!! Dr. Courtney Crawford is an amazing doctor and retinal specialist. He is very professional and gets to know you as a person. Short wait times in the office and he is a caring doctor who listens to his patients and is informative. Dr. Crawfor staff are the best of the best. Staff makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease. I highly recommend him to anyone in search of any eye care issues. I changed to Dr. Crawford from the previous doctor in Ft Worth because my treatment was not going well. I'd follow Dr. Crawford anywhere. Sorry I waited so long to make make my decision to change physician sooner.

Dr. Courtney Crawford, in my opinion, is the BEST retina surgeon! He is the reason I can see. He has been taking care of me for 7 years and I have grown to love him as a surgeon and a great person. He has an excellent bedside manner and has always been very professional. If you need this type of care, please go see him. You will not be disappointed. His office staff are great as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Crawford for 3 years. He is very professional and gets to know you as a person. I have to have shots in my eyes fairly often. Dr. Crawford takes the time to make sure it doesn't hurt. He is highly thought of by his peers. He has been a presenter at several conference. I highly recommend him as a retina specialist and am grateful he has opened an office in Graham.

Dr. Crawford and his staff are very professional. The time is taken to assist his patients and has helped our father gain his vision back. We had gone to a few doctors already and they weren't able to help our father like Dr. Crawford. We highly recommend his services.

I changed to this doctor from previous doctor in Waco because my treatment was not going well. Dr. Crawford is amazing. Stellar education & background credentials. Short wait times in office and he is a caring doctor who is experienced and informative. My treatment is now going great.
