Freedman Lyle E MD

Dr. Freedman is thorough, patient, and caring. He wants what is best for his patients and will never rush through your exam. His staff is excellent and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I am very thankful to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Freedman is very thorough and does a great job. He explains eye conditions and treatment options in a way that patients understand. His office staff and medical techs are courteous, professional and efficient. He has been my opthamologist for over 20 years. He is a great doctor with a great practice.

Carol is the most rudest individual we have ever encountered at a practice. You try to explain how you were treated in their office and she completely disregarded the concerns. We will not be returning to this office because of our interactions with her. There's so much that has happened, I will not begin to write a book. Very unfortunate, because a few of their staff are nice and professional.

Been coming here for at least 7 years with my father. After all it is his Dr. Not mine. Most of the staff is easy to get along g with, but his office manger is a joke. They have no concept of time for their patients. It does not matter you scheduled a year in advance, what time you come in compared to when you Will be seen. Ie: 9am appt arrive at 8:30 ,they pull you in at 9:30 just to I send you back to one of their two waiting areas. I have never been able to leave her on less then 3 hours. It does not matter if you have other appointments what matters is they will see you when they choose . Not when they say they will. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor Do Not Come Here!!

My mother went. My sister-in-law went a few times my last visit there was horrible. I was in that office for four hours. They forgot me. There were people that had appointments after me that came in and left before I got back there to the exam of the final exam room. I don't know what happened. I don't know if it's the staff or Dr Freedman's getting confused but I can't do four hours. I'm disabled. I have to find a new ophthalmologist because I do have a problem with my right eye and I'm not sure who to go to. I have to have somebody close average exam time is 20 to 60 minutes

Dr. Freeman is exceptional. Over several years of visits, I have consistently been impressed by the warm and respectful receptionists and staff. The facility's cleanliness and freshness are always evident. Dr. Freeman takes the time to thoroughly explain my procedures, ensuring I'm well informed and comfortable with every decision. I always feel empowered and at ease during my appointments. Thank you, Dr. Freeman, receptionist, and staff

Just had an emergency visit to examine and treat one eye. Dr Freedman was extremely thorough and kind. I appreciated his offer to pray before he started. I'll be returning for my eye glasses prescription. He's the best.
