I had a frustrating experience at My Eye Doctor's Office in BURLESON. The salesperson assisting me did not properly explain my benefits and seemed more focused on upselling products I had no interest in rather than helping me make the most of my coverage.
I have been wearing glasses since I was six years old and know exactly what I want. I had already chosen a pair of frames but mentioned that I could find similar ones online for a lower price. Instead of assisting me in maximizing my benefits, the salesperson dismissed my concerns and told me I could just pay $10 for the eye exam and buy my glasses online.
I came in fully prepared to purchase both prescription glasses and sunglasses, but due to this poor customer service, I left with nothing. Now, with my prescription change, I have no glasses I can see out of. This is not the experience I expected, and I'm extremely disappointed. I hope the office takes steps to improve how they handle customer concerns.
