My wife and I both had exams & purchased new glasses @ MyEyeDr. Everyone was so nice courteous and helpful. We felt like we were being treated like family & not just a number. We highly recommend MyEyeDr for all your eye care needs.

I have been going here for years! First to see Dr Wise and now Dr McDaniel. I originally came here because another office wouldn't order the frames I wanted and they didn't hesitate!! I read the bad reviews on here and have NEVER had an experience like that. The office staff here is fabulous and really helpful!! Picking out frames has always been easy and they will give you an honest opinion. I did have one "billing" incident because they didn't have the previous lenses I had and had upgraded me to a level 5 lens but it was explained and corrected once I questioned the cost. They are an honest and upfront business and I have never walked out disappointed. Please give them a try and see for yourself :)

Staff was welcoming, especially the front desk "MiMi!" Also Dr. Kendrick was kind, listened and just made you relax just from the start when he introduced himself. Great place, clean and a large selection of frames.

Nice customer experience, but nosepiece fell off my eyeglasses after a month. No problem though I can get it fixed later. Hopefully they'll keep an eye on the quality. I'll still go there again. The eye doctor and staff were great.

The wait was a bit long however the eye doctor and all the assistants were so pleasant. Eye doctor is very sweet and thorough. I didn't feel like she was rushing me at all and she took time to explain things. Great experience.

We had a great experience here, which has great people such as Amber. And Chris, the eyewear consultant, was very kind and helpful with issues we had with our prior frames.

Negative stars would be my preference! Unprofessional. Misleading. Horrible service. No one there takes responsibility for their mistakes. Grew up in a retail family, been wearing glasses most of my life, worked in optical while I was in college. This place is NOT where anyone should go! Run to another location! They are ONLY nice if they think they are going to be able to scam you. Watch your receipts. And do not expect to get what you order when you are promised it will be in. Several times we have had issues. This was the just the most recent and will be the absolute last. AND I see the responses are always that this is not the level of service they strive to provide....It seems to me that when we "roll the dice" by walking in the door as to what level of service they strive for. WALK AWAY Save yourself the headache of dealing with this store!!!

I attempted to schedule eye exams for my children and myself through the website, but it kept giving me errors. I ended up calling the office and scheduled for 09/16: myself at 4:40, my son at 5:00, and my daughter at 5:20. Shortly after, the receptionist called back and informed me the doctor would not see my daughter because she was under 9, but that my son and I were confirmed. Three days before the appointment, I received a text confirmation for 09/15 for my son--which I never scheduled and did not confirm. The following day, I received texts for both my son's and my appointments on 09/16, which I did confirm. When we arrived, I was told my son's appointment had been cancelled, though mine was still active. I explained I'd give my son my time slot and rescheduled mine for Friday at 10:30. At check-in, the receptionist quoted $55 and said retinal imaging was included. I declined and explained my son already has retinal imaging done at the ophthalmologist. She then said the doctor would require dilation instead, which I agreed to. While my son was being seen, I stepped out for a virtual meeting. About 30 minutes later, my son returned to the car saying the bill was still $55 and he wasn't given sunglasses, raising concern whether he'd even been dilated. When I went inside, I was told they had taken the retinal imaging anyway, without my consent, and I would be responsible for the cost. Only after I objected did they agree to remove the charge. The bigger issue was that Dr. Crawford personally came out to confront me after hearing my complaint. I explained that it was a serious problem for him to take images of my minor child without parental consent. His response was that he chose not to dilate based on the unauthorized photos. This was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Since Dr. Wise's passing, this office has gone downhill. Between the scheduling chaos, lack of communication, disregard for parental consent, and confrontational behavior from the provider, I cancelled my own follow-up appointment and will not be returning. I would not recommend this office.
