The staff is courteous and efficient once you are actually seen, but the wait time is ridiculous. Unless there's an emergency that requires the doctor to spend extra time with a patient, no one should have to be sitting around in the waiting room for a half hour waiting to be called back to be examined. This has happened during each visit. This is something they should strive to improve.
