Walmart Vision & Glasses

I would not go because of the eye doctor that just occupied the optometrist space that had been vacant. They way we were treated made us not use the eye center to buy glasses.

Very helpful!! Making sure the customers are satisfied with the merchandise. Cindy waited on me and she was very friendly and professional.

My screws came loose on my glasses I came in and Logan checked them and found out that the screws were stripped and warrantied my frame my he helped me tremendously it's people like this that give Walmart to good reputation and optical center makes people keep coming back ,I'm very thankful to Logan for his help

I had a fabulous experience at the Vision center Rita and Logan were extremely helpful in finding me the perfect frames for my everyday needs!!!

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rita was especially helpful helping my daughter get her glasses picked out and ordered. She made it a quick and effortless process. Glasses came in very quickly and it was an easy pick up. Will definitely go there again.

Went to the optometrist next door to Walmart. First they tell me it was going to be a $15 copay which would be fine. Then they say that the optometrist will no longer just do an exam but have to do a retinal exam as well for another $39. Even though most optometrists don't require it. I guess you got to get a little more money while you have us there. On top of that the optometrist wasn't even going to do the exam.... !? it was going to be her helper. I didn't come there to have my eyes examined with someone that doesn't even have a degree. They did say that the doctor was going to look at the results and actually do the prescription. Well I might as well have done it myself and do my own exam. I'm sure I could do just as good of a job as someone that doesn't even have a degree. So I decided to walk out I'm not going to have an unqualified individual looking and deciding what they're going to do with my eyes. The last time I was here a year ago at least I had an optometrist the same one I might add.... and the prescription was actually off and had to be redone. Look at all the negative reviews about this optometrist... !!!!! Another issue was with the coating on the glasses did not even last a year before they started having issues difficulty seeing because of the coating peeling off and obscurring my view. One thing I do is give an honest review. Yes, I did take proper care of my glasses.... Didn't have these type of issues two years ago with my glasses seems like it's an issue with quality on Walmart's part and they will not back up their work. This was my previous review. I continually come back to Walmart for my vision needs and glasses. I've been coming here for about 10 years some of the best customer service you'll receive anywhere. They have the best prices on frames and your lenses. Cindy has helped me for years to get the perfect glasses for my style. She's probably one of the best associates that really does care about her customers in delivering top-notch service.

The ladies who work in the center were very sweet! They laughter with me when trying on chunky frames. I have a small face so It was fun. They keep It very professional and also kept up with the sanitation guild lines due to Covid. I found my glasses and got my contacts ordered in a good 20 minutes. The Doctor who did my exam was very sweet. He really listened to my concerns and worries. He took he's time but didn't make It into a all day affair. All around a very good experience for myself.

I went there recently and have never had such a pleasant experience getting glasses! Logan was professional and very helpful
