Good place that's close by. You could always find a better place but it would be hard to find a better place and would take a lot of time to do so. Just go here and you'll thank me.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life! The doctors were so nice and kind and their remodel is amazing! I will definitely come here again! They have the best pick of glasses and a cute and trendy selection! The price is reasonable too! Definitely the best eye doctor in my opinion! You should really come here soon!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Oh's for over 6 years now. She and her staff are always fantastic with us. Dr. Oh is very caring and deliberate in her care. She's also very relatable and enjoyable to speak with. I see that there are some less than favorable reviews about her staff and office, but in my time as a patient with Carrollton Eye Care, we have never once had an issue with any staff. They know who we are when we call, and they always address our questions and concerns in a professional and caring manner.

I went here all the time until recently. I had my yearly eye examine and given a new prescription. I didn't care for their selection of frames so went somewhere else, free eye exam included. Since exam was included I asked to compare the prescriptions, turns out prescription from Carrollton eye center was too strong. I had the new doctor compare twice just to make sure. This is not the first time I've had problems there. There have been times when the girls up front did not return my phone calls in regards to insurance and the doctors worst and biggest mistake was a Diagnosis of "dry eyes". All the over the counter eye drop she suggested did not work. At this point I felt the need to change doctors. Guess what? NOT DRY EYES. 100% closure of tear duct...apparently easy to diagnose if you see a decent doctor. In the mean time I have suffered 1 full year. I would not give any stars for this review if I could.

I moved to Carrollton 4 years ago and found this place just down the street. I've been wearing glasses and/or contacts for the better part of my life and have never had any issues with this facility. Dr. Oh is great and so are the staff. I've moved to Addison 2 years ago but I still drive to see Dr. Oh. They are friendly and don't push or recommend services you don't want. They are informative and give you all the information you need to make the necessary decisions as a consumer. If you don't know or understand something, just ask them.

Dr. Jane was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She helped me pick out glasses as if I was picking out a prom dress. I thank her for her honest feedback and not pressuring me into getting the more expensive prescription as most doctors do! And also the wait time was nothing! Huge thumbs up!

The office staff are not attentive, glasses are old fashioned, and I had the worst experience ever! I usually buy my glasses where I get my eyes exam but like I said before I did not like any of the glasses there. Nevertheless, after my new glasses and prescription were all set, I keep having issues with my new prescription, I came back to the office and I was not helped as a good clinic would do. I ended up going to another eye doctor, paid by Sam's where I purchased my lenses, in Walmart by I635 and they change the prescription and I was able to see better. I did not like the experience in this eye clinic. Would not recommend.
