Great experience from the moment I walked in to when I left. Every person I interacted with was patient and kind. The whole appointment went smoothly, with efficient tests thanks to Judy, and Dr. Minh Nguyen was thorough and even explained steps throughout the eye exam process. He also took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing, making me feel like he really cared about my vision and eye health. Amy helped me pick out a new pair of glasses, which was no easy task (low nose bridge and very picky)! She and another associate (I didn't catch his name) selected additional frames for me to try on and were honest about what looked good or not. Amy was also extremely personable and a joy to talk to. I ended up selecting a pair of glasses in a new style I didn't expect to like. There was never any pressure, and I truly felt like everyone there wanted to help me. I will recommend OmniVision to family, friends, and anyone else in need of good eye care!

Easy place to find, plenty of parking. Nice modern office, friendly reception, not excessive paperwork (definitely better than others I've experienced!). Waited about 10 mins for appointment, but then all proceeded effectively and very pleasantly. Good, clear explanations before and after about insurance constraints and final costs. Didn't try to sell excessive services. Definitely coming back here for next vision check.

I really like Omnivision. Dr. Nguyen is fantastic and the techs and opticians really know their stuff. I usually get my progressive lenses online because it's been so much less expensive than buying at an optical shop, but they got me into some progressives for the same as I would pay online and their optician was taking measurements and notes for the lab that I would never have been able to do online. I highly recommend them.
