Doctor was nice , receptionist were extremely helpful. From my perspective the bad reviews come from hard headed customers who were never told No growing up. I experienced that type of customer when I had my visit. To the staff happy new years & thank you for great service:)

First reason: I made 2 appts. For my 2 daughters they call me to let me know they don't do 6 yr. olds so I have to look around to see who can take her. 2 . When I show up on 2/26/26 for my second daughter they can't find my appt. and the doctors didn't take us in but they scheduled the next day so 3. I'm here I fill out the paperwork my daughter coughing bc she just took her medication that doctor prescribed for cough she did have the flu and those symptoms are gone she only has cough ok I get it but why take us in even if they heard her coughing in the waiting room so they get her a mask bc she did mention to them she had the flu. 4. Everything was good except to the point when one of the Lady doctors heard my daughter say she had the flu she came with a stern and rude voice yet they are behind the counter sniffling and wiping their noses with Kleenex yet they look down on us ... I can handle you telling me you can't attend us by why in the middle of the appt. already and with that voice of disgust and not wanting us there, when she was the same one wiping her nose. 5. To top it all I hear Marshall in the background telling a customer oh I don't know why they re sent your glasses obviously they are not organized to attend people correctly with all their mistakes not one but several employees don't have it down yet . Overall they were all rude seems like this set of people don't like children like it annoys them to be around them.

I have been going to this eye doctor and the Trinity Mills Location since 2018 but today I get a call 45 mins prior to my appointment after taking off from work, that says "I have to cancel your appointment because someone else booked the same time as well", I booked online weeks ago and spoke to someone in the office yesterday and no one said anything but confirmed my appointment was today at 11:20am. The manager thought it was okay to not try and fix this issue and I don't mind leaving this business either. So 2026 I will depart from here. Just be mindful not to book online weeks ago, I guess call for everything needed.

I had an extremely poor experience. The staff was not helpful and I waited for over an hour for my appointment. I was told that the copay was $10. As I was walking out the door, they said it was $200. This is for a basic eye exam. Beware of being scammed!!!

Used to live in the area been using them for a longtime moved extremely far. Went to do the exam think i scratched my eye bad or extremely dryed out. Work automotive so no telling thought it was the newer contacts being to strong. Felt like my eyes were being sucked through my head horrible feeling. Anyways didnt want to drive that far because i went last Saturday and its easily an hour drive and dont got much money/gas due to bills this week. Thankyou david for sending them through the mail all heros dont wear capes!

MyEyeDr. Experience with Dr. Eric Lee at the Mills Point Shopping Center at 2810 E. Trinity Mills Rd. Dallas TX 75006 -- DO NOT RECOMMEND -- Inexperienced and not very knowledgeable -- Waste of Time Unfortunately, my visit with Dr. Eric Lee was extremely disappointing. I felt like my concerns were dismissed and no real help was offered. I came in because for the past 2 weeks when I wake up some days my eye muscles are so sensitive to light-- even in the dark-- that to keep them open hurts and strains my eyes--and it has been very scary and concerning. Especially working from home on the computer, I need to be able to see. Dr. Lee just acted like well I don't care and I'm not listening to you and what you think. Prior to my visit, I had tried a Teladoc appointment where I was prescribed antibiotic drops to be used every two hours. These made no difference. The only thing that finally helped were some drops my mom had left over from her cataract surgery that I used twice, and thankfully my eyes started to feel better. After 2 weeks of constant eye strain, headaches, and a struggle to keep my eyes open daily, these drops helped. What a relief. When I explained all of this to Dr. Lee, including the FACT that these specific eye drops were the only effective treatment so far, he dismissed it. He said my corneas appeared inflamed but refused to prescribe the drops that had already worked for me. Instead, he insisted on trying yet another antibiotic--despite my having already tried one with no success--and told me to follow up with a cornea specialist because he didn't know what was causing the issue. I left the appointment frustrated, WITH NO SOLUTION, and feeling like my time and concerns weren't taken seriously. If a doctor acknowledges they don't know the cause and won't prescribe the only thing that's WORKED, It is impossible to see the value in the visit or to trust in their judgement. I cannot recommend Dr. Eric Lee based on this experience with MyEyeDr.

I had an appointment with Dr Lee about three weeks ago or so and am experiencing the same stuff some of the other reviews have talked about. First I felt he dismissed everything I said about my eyes and any concerns I had. The only problem I had with my prior contacts is they were becoming uncomfortable and during my eyes. They were monthly which I didn't like. But I could still see near and far. Anyway he decided to give me a trial of multi focal lenses which I told them at the office I couldn't even see my phone. So they ordered me new ones. When I got those I couldn't see far. Told them and had to wait a week for a third trial pair to come in. Now with these I can't see up close. All three of these are different than my old contacts that for the most part did the job. Now I'll have to call them back to have them order me even new ones and I'm just praying they know what to order. Kinda ridiculous they can't get me the right contacts. Not a good experience at all.

Dr Lee was great, Julie was awesome. Super friendly staff, I saved money, I got new contacts, glasses and bonus: sunglasses for my SO for Xmas. 10/10 and cannot recommend My Eye Dr enough! Thanks to the team. - Abbey
