The eye doctor is great and explained everything in a compassionate manner. My mom hasn't seen an eye doctor in a long time but she felt comfortable with him despite her not knowing english. Definitely recommend this eye doctor!

Dr. Phan is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable, caring and takes his time with his patients He really knows his stuff and does what is best for his patient. I've seen him over 10 times in the past year or so due to my dried eyes and he has not only help and educate me about the problem but he also follows up. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. The staff their are also great and very friendly. They are on top of it!

The doctor is very caring and super helpful and most importantly honest. Even before I was his patient, he provided a referral to a specialist for a recurring eye condition. Others would have required an appointment, charged me for office visit to provide the referral but he did not. He is very professional and after he evaluated my vision needs, assisted in picking suitable Eyewear and reviewed the insurance discounts to provide additional savings to me. I highly recommend this doctor and even if you have to travel a little out of your way, I am sure you will be happy with the dictor.

I picked out new frames after my appointment. Paid, after insurance, $168. Then waited for them to arrive with Rx. I go in to pick them up and they are smashed flat. The arms for the ear pieces are so far apart they don't sit on my ears. The 2 assistants there tried to adjust but then said the doctor would have to do more so I had to wait another week to see him. He then tried to adjust the ear/arms. I had to point out, several times, that it was the face of the glasses that are smashed flat. He asked were they like that when I picked them out. I am not a confrontational person so I just said, no. They don't fit like that. He finally bent them so they would fit on my face, somewhat. But the arm/ear pieces are loose. They keep becoming more loose every day. They fall off my face while I'm working. I work two jobs and don't have time and can't seem to catch when he is in...strange...? Now I feel it is too late to get my money back. I used that Rx and bought glasses online. $60 and they are much better! I regret trying Carrollton Vision or I should've complained until they did it right. Oh well

Great atmosphere...simple, modern and efficient. Customer service was wonderful. Everyone was genuinely friendly. Dr. Phan was really knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and explain what's going on with your vision. Definitely 5 stars all around!

I love all their team, my kids have been patients for two years now, also my fiancee and we are all really happy with the service provided to our family. I like to talk and ask questions about my kids eye's health. Dr Phan always answer my questions and concerns. Thank you I will really recommend them.

Quick and friendly. I hate seeing the eye doctor because they always tell me that my eyes are getting worse. Dr. Phan and his staff were friendly and professional. That answered all my questions. Dr. Phan was thorough in his exam and got my vision cost again. It's been 3 years since my last exam but now that I've found a good Dr, I won't wait as long between visits.

Dr Phan and his staff are very courteous, helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Dr. Phan is very knowledgeable and through with his examinations and explanations. Even though his new office is more of the drive for me than his old office, I'm happy to drive extra to see them!
