I had my glasses made at this location about 2 years ago. but just few days ago, my little one sat on it, and the two legs bent. I tried to fix it in place, but one leg snapped. panicked, I visited Itali eye care to see if I can find a replacement or even better, a temporary fix as I was pressed for time. the owner welcomed me in, and quickly went ahead to fix the broken glasses. ten minutes later, he came back with a brand new leg replacements. No questions asked, did not asked for any fees. Teir service is very prompt. they spared me days to weeks of headaches! Highly recommend.

Good, large variety of frame styles and skilled staff. The whole process from eye exam to picking out frames was pleasant. Price is also good. I will definitely come back to get glasses here.

I usually dont leave any recommendation or review but i feel like I really want to so people around knows where to go for their eye exam or glasses. I been to different locations for my glasses and I visited today here for my new glasses and checked up my vision. It was absolutely amazing experience and fantastic glasses selection. So friendly and professional eye exam, suggestion and perfect fit recommendations given. This wont experience from any others optometrist in Dallas. I highly recommend this place to check out! After the new glasses here your world on your eyes vision will bright and change!

I recently visited Itali Eye Care to repair a pair of glasses from another place for my brother. Mr. Kim and the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help. They genuinely took the time and effort to try fixing the frame. However, due to the structure of the frame, I knew it could break at any moment--so I asked if they could help me find a new frame instead. Mr. Kim quickly found a perfect match for the existing lenses and a frame that would look good on him. Within moments, I had a brand new pair of glasses that felt just right. Later, I handed the glasses to my brother and it looked great on him. I truly appreciated the level of care, patience, and professionalism they showed throughout the process. Not only this time--I've gotten my glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses from Itali Eye Care before, and their service has always been outstanding. God bless them and their business. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and genuine customer service.

The optometrist is incredibly rude. She made an inaccurate statement about my prescription and when I asked for clarification since my rx had changed drastically since I last saw her, she became defensive, said "hold on, I do a good job" and when she realized she was incorrect in her statement, tried to backtrack and act as though she'd said something else. Not to mention the front desk staff is incomprehensible, made a rude comment about my name, and they have a little dog running around.

I visited Itali Eye Care to get an eye exam and fix my Tom Ford glasses' nose. The optometrist, Jane Kim, examined thoroughly and advised me with care. Also, I was impressed with Mr. Kim, the optician, with his knowledge and craftsmanship. He looked at my Tom Ford glasses that I got from other place, and identified the issue right away, which caused scar on my nose. Mr. Kim changed the nose part of my Tom Ford glasses, and adjusted the angles properly for me. Now, my glasses don't hurt me anymore! I wish I knew Itali Eye Care earlier, so that I could've gotten an excellent and efficient glasses services. I will come back and pick a pair of glasses or sunglasses from Itali Eye Care. Thank you!
