My husband and I booked online. We walked into a friendly, well ran office . Starting with the front desk young lady , easy paper work process. The lady tech did her part and we saw the doctor and she looked at our eyes and went over everything and answered our questions. Then we went to pick out our glasses. My husband knew which ones he wanted right away. I really liked that Pat helped me and gave me a honest opinion about what looked best. The young man that helped us build our pair of glasses was very knowledgeable as well. I liked that he asked my husband about his career as a mechanic and knew about it. Very rare these days. Excellent customer service from everyone. What a breath of fresh air to see employees happy to be at work.

I have nothing but kind things to say about Americas Best. The doctors and staff make me feel like a person and not a patient. Dr. Lamb is amazing. After my detached retina, I struggled with my vision for a long time and honestly didn't think I'd ever be able to see clearly out of my left eye again. Dr. Lamb took the time to work with me, scheduled follow-ups, and kept adjusting things until she finally found the right combination for both distance and up-close vision. This is the best I've been able to see out of my left eye in over a year.
The staff is just as wonderful. Everyone is friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. They never mind doing follow-ups if you're having issues with your glasses or contacts. I highly recommend coming here for all your vision needs. Thank you, Dr. Lamb and staff, for truly going above and beyond.
