What a fantabulous experience I had at Crystal Vision Center!! Now granted I had LASIK over 20 years ago I still like to check on my eye health every 3-5 years. From making my appt. online to the text communication everything was great. When I arrived, I was greatly promptly by the receptionist. My eye technician was Alecia. She was the sweetest young woman ever. She was very thorough in explaining all the procedures I was going to have done. She even recommended some eye drops that were better than my current ones. Dr. Mays was equally as great. He blew my mind as he told me I sleep w/ my eyes only 3/4 off the way shut & this could be creating some dryness !! WHAT ?!?! No one has EVER told me that, including the follow up at my LASIK center. He recommended several ways for me to address this. I highly recommend Crystal Vision & their team for all your vision & eye needs. I wish more businesses were this customer focused !!!

My experience today was awesome. It started with the receptionist at the front getting me checked in. Then the technician Miss Alicia was exceptional, very professional and knew her job very well. Her explanation of things were clear and concise, and I just loved the way she handled her task. Then Dr. White is totally amazing to me from the day I met her. So much care and compassion about my vision along with good humor. And the young man that helped me order my glasses I loved his character and professionalism he was awesome as well. He took time to explain things and went down the list with me on insurance versus what I had to pay. I just want you guys to know that I love you all and I appreciate the good work that you do . Thank you!

This was the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor's office! The entire staff was amazing, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I have already recommended this establishment and Dr. Mays to multiple friends and family members. Dr. Mays is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain every detail of my exam and treatment plan, making me feel completely comfortable and informed. I want to specifically recognize two staff members who provided outstanding service: Taylor was fantastic! She was highly knowledgeable, patiently explaining why she was taking each picture of my eye and what the results would be used for. She was so kind and engaging that my six-year-old already wants to go back just to visit her! Alecia helped me with my contact lens fitting. It was my first time using contact lenses and she was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the process. Her calm demeanor and encouragement made what can sometimes be a frustrating experience feel easy and successful. I loved every person I interacted with in the office and am so grateful to have found such an excellent team for my family's eye care.

Dr. White is AMAZING!! She is very understanding, friendly, thorough, and i love the sense of humor! The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone was so nice! I definitely recommend this place.

Crystal Vision Center does an excellent job of meeting all of my vision needs. The staff is warm, friendly, and highly professional. Dr. Mays is just the best kind of doctor - friendly and professional. He never rushes and answers all of my questions while making sure my issues are all addressed. I highly recommend this practice.

Had a really good experience today! Loved being seen by Dr. White and Alecia. They were so patient and explained everything carefully. Dr. White is a caring doctor and makes you feel welcomed. A wonderful person with an incredible personality. Loved the experience!

Great staff, Kristy, Alicia, Isabel, and I absolutely love Dr. White. She was so thorough and made me feel like I had known her for years! All the ladies were excellent, taking their time to explain everything! Office soooo clean and organized! I will definitely not go anywhere else!

Best eye doctor I have ever been to. The staff is so kind. Dr. Mays is always so knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about his patients and taking the time to always answer questions or explain things.
