Very sad that I chose this location- maybe this company. 1st I came because it said SAME DAY SERVICE. I got there and their machine was broken. So I had to have them shipped. 2nd they told me it would be a week before they would get to me. Well, I ordered on 12/18 and just got them today 1/8. This is after being told 3 different times they had shipped when they didn't. When I said the girl told me they were going our last week I got the "well did you get her name" No why would I. So that stinks. Then 3rd and more importantly, don't fall for the "special" it was supposed to be SAME day, 2 pairs, eye exam and anti glare for $79. I got the more expensive set but when I got to the girl she said it did NOT come with the anti glare either, that was an extra $50 PER SET. So I didn't get it. So my visit ended with glasses that don't fit bc I couldn't get sized because their machine was down, no anti glare, more $$$ and longer to actually get them. I would absolutely not recommend this location bc they don't do anything to help make things right when they do something wrong. Also I believe they only put the prescription in one pair of the glasses but I'm not a professional so I don't know how to read the scrip. So beware

Went in to get glasses for a friend, the stores nice and clean with plenty of frame to chose from. Anthony Faz helped us get a appointment same day, they were realy efficient and professional about it. Then with our actual selection of frames Anthony was very patient and went through all the options with us. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options. Customer service like this is hard to find, I truly appreciate how well I was treated. I'll definitely be coming back.

Jadon was super helpful. She dealt with both my daughter and little sister with swiftness. She helped us get great community prices. Her customer service was excellent. Thank you will definitely be back

My wife and I both had appointments and had to wait an hour because they had so many walk ins. What was the purpose of an appt if you didn't have to have one? Then they started the eye scans and said they'd send them to the doctor so he could write a prescription for eye wear. What? It's a virtual appt. No one bothered to tell us that. One of the machines was having trouble and I had to bend over so for my head to fit in the area for scanning. After 10 minutes twisted like a pretzel, are got it to work.... or did she? Then they had me go into an exam room for someone to do a eye check. Yes, the technician was online giving me my eye test. I could barely understand his instructions and just about said to hell with it. My wife went through the same process. We will never ever go back to Stanton for eye exams. The hostess was very nice abs understood our concerns

Anthony Faz was great to work with! He was patient and charismatic, and I really valued how knowledgeable he was about the services at their location. Everyone treated us with personal compassion in a professional manner. Thank y'all!!!

Jadon Lewis was a big help with my daughter's eye glasses! I was stuck on prices with not enough on hand cash and she did all she could to make sure my daughter had what she needed for her eyes with a reasonable price!!! Attitude was awesome I was a complicated customer she never got agitated at all I really appreciate this location! The manager was also amazing

I really loved my experience with them, everything was super quick and easy, got my glasses same day!!! Jadon was superrr sweeeetttt and really great. She gets the job done for sure, loved her energy!!!!
