Clear Eye Care

I went into Clear Eye Care Center in Coppell right before the end of the year -- which, as everyone knows, is absolute chaos because everyone is trying to use their benefits before they expire. The place was packed, people were waiting, and the pressure was clearly on. Through all of it, Nadia absolutely held the place together. She stayed calm, professional, and kind, even though you could tell it was a stressful and intense day. She handled every customer with grace and a smile -- even when she was being pulled in ten different directions. What really stood out is that every other employee seemed to come to her with questions. It was obvious she's the backbone of the office. Despite that, she never made me feel rushed and still gave me great service. I walked out with both glasses and sunglasses with progressive lenses, and the whole experience was smooth because of her. Clear Eye Care is lucky to have Nadia -- she turned what could have been a frustrating visit into a great one. My new glasses are perfect.

Great experience! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the clinic is in a nice area of Coppell. Dr. Paul is amazing, and he always takes the time to explain everything and truly cares about his patients.

I had a great experience during my eye appointment. The process was very quick, the staff was extremely attentive, and everything was handled smoothly. The doctor was wonderful--knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality eye care!

It was a great comfortable visit, the team was great and very professional, Dr. Monica is great and made getting contacts for the first time very easy. It checked my eyes throughly and trained me on how to put the contacts on and take it off. Really happy with the service and admire the professionalism.

These people are the best there is. I had a screw coming out of my glasses and went there to seek repair. not only did she fix my glasses, but we had a great time visiting and shared stories and good laughs. The entire staff was courteous and professional.

I've seen Dr Patel for 3 years. She's great! She's very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. I never feel rushed with her.

Appointments are usually very quick, thorough and informative. Whenever I've needed a resupply of contacts for an existing or new prescription, I usually have them within 2 days.
