If zero stars were an option, I would give zero stars. I feel as though my time is not valued when I visit Dr. Trinh. I am often left waiting for extended periods of time, after having scheduled an appointment. I often feel as though my thoughts and how I feel about the prescription is not taken into account. I was told that last year I chose a prescription based on convenience. I vividly remember telling Dr. Trinh that I wanted to try a different strength in my contacts and she said no, and left me with the lesser strength. I would never choose a prescription strength based on convenience, I would always choose based on clarity. This year, she started at where I was last year, reminding me that I chose convenience of having both eyes be the same prescription. I did not have my eyes dilated last year, so decided to do so this year. Dr. Trinh was so late and made me wait so long that I was unable to make a decision about the contact lens and strength because my eyes had dilated so much and I was unable to see anything up close. I was also charged an outrageous amount for wanting a prescription for contacts and for a "contact lens fitting." Dr. Trinh never looked at my eyes with the contacts in to see how they were fitting. I should not be charged for something that was not completed. Once the exam was finally over, I was escorted to the front and told to sit with a different lady. I told her that the appointment took too long and I needed to get back to work and was not going to purchase any contacts that day. She said "Oh this will only take me a minute." After seven to eight minutes she finally asked where I wanted the contacts shipped. I again said that I was not going to be purchasing any contacts today and I needed to get back to work. She seemed put off by that and proceeded to process my payment of my copay and the outrageous charges for "contact lens fitting." I did not have the time to argue the "contact lens fitting" at the time, as I truly needed to get back to work. But I will be, and I will not be returning. And will not be recommending this office to anyone else. I will in fact say, go anywhere BUT Coppell Vision Center.

I had my 1st ever eye exam and also purchased my 1st pair of glasses here. The front desk staff and doctors were very kind, professional, and helpful. The overall process of everything was explained to me beforehand and it all went smooth. I requested to came back in to make some adjustments to my lenses and they did not hassle me about it at all. Overall a really solid experience; I would certainly recommend Coppell Vision Center!

I've been going to Coppell Vision Center for many, many years and LOVED Dr. Pels. I had the worst experience when Dr. Green took over the practice. Publicly ridiculed me in front of the whole office when I tried to state I could not afford the treatment she recommended and I just needed a new prescript because I was in town taking care of my father who was passing from cancer. Absolutely no empathy or understanding. Just a horrible experience all around.

We were patients of Dr. Green in Flower Mound and followed her to Coppell when she changed practices. Unfortunately, today she lost three long-term patients due to the behavior of her front office staff. Even the office manager showed a lack of basic customer service skills. We have been visiting eye care practices for over two decades, and this was by far the worst experience we've had. We will be going back to Ogletree.

What a wonderful experience with Dr. Trinh and the opticians who helped me with my glasses! The exam was easy and thorough and they had such a great selection of frames. I purchased the recommended workplace lenses and couldn't be happier with the clarity of the lenses. Thank you to everyone involved!

Besides being well qualified as a staff to provide excellent eye care , they are very friendly group. You are made to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Coppell Vision Center.

Subject: Disappointing Experience Rating: (1 out of 5 stars) I've been a loyal patient at Coppell Vision Center for nearly five years, but today's experience was disappointing. Despite receiving three confirmations for my appointment today at 3:40 PM, I arrived early, hoping to be seen ahead of time. However, after handing over my new medical card and waiting while the receptionist typed, I was told my appointment was canceled with no alternative available. The receptionist's dismissive attitude added to my frustration. This unexpected cancellation and lack of empathy were surprising given my history with the clinic. Unfortunately, I am now considering finding a new eye doctor. I hope the clinic reflects on this feedback to improve communication and customer service. Sincerely, Robert U
