My experience with Dr. Brett at Wilken Family Eye Care has always been great. I have used him for several years and always come away feeling like I'm in the best of care. He is very thorough and caring. The staff members are extremely helpful and kind. Just an all around great group! I highly recommend Wilken Family Eye Care.

The Wilken Family Eye Care has a special place in my heart! The workers here take pride in their work and it really shows. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and makes you feel apart of the family the moment you walk in. Thor service is one of a kind and they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend to anyone looking for eye care!!

Dr. Bret & Stephanie are both amazing! The reason for the poor review is because the staff doesn't do their due diligence when verifying insurance. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. Very recently, I went in with a stye to get drops. They were going to charge me a much higher amount until I pointed out that I only have a copay of $10. Back in December 2024, I was trying to get a pair of glasses and contacts. My insurance covers both. However, their staff kept on saying that it's EITHER OR (not both) and eventually I gave in. However, it turned out that I was right and I ended up losing my benefit. This is very unprofessional!

I went for the first time for an over due annual eye exam. Their office is very clean, bright and welcoming. Each person I interacted with was nice and friendly and professional. My experience was quick but I got all my questions answered. I also like how everyone was so knowledgeable from the optometrist explaining my results to the tech to the person helping me checkout and offering recommendations that aligned with my insurance. Lastly I really appreciate how no one ever was pushing services or recommendations on me. They gave options and commentary on experiences, which I appreciated, but I never felt pressure. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who asks. I am making an appointment for my husband next. I trust my family will be in good hands with the team there.
