America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had come here in October for contacts and eye exam. I went in today and got a great pair of glasses. Found a great pair very quickly. Teresa was great in going over the options. I have a strong prescription and need progressives due to age. In measuring the pupal in the lens she had Chad double check the measurements and then had julie do a third check. I appreciated their thorough work so that my glasses would be there best. Thank you

Teresa at America's Best was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took her time helping me pick out the perfect frames and made sure I understood all my options. Her customer service was top tier, and she made the experience smooth and stress-free. If you go to America's Best, definitely ask for Teresa, she's the best!

When my son and I checked in for his appointment, they told me that they don't take my son's insurance. Over the phone they told my wife they do take it. The laid at the front desk told me if I like to pay out of pocket the eye exam is $69. As we started to walk back I asked her is it for contact? She said for both glasses and contacts. Then when I go to pay for the exam they tell me the exam cost $119. I wait to speak to the manager, she tells me she can't do anything about it. I walked out, I will do business somewhere else. My wife and I wear glasses and spends about $1000 on glasses. Plus around $300 on my son's contacts lenses.

Terrible customer service. I waited two weeks for my eyeglasses, only to be told, when I called--that my order was never placed because the frames were discontinued. No one thought to contact me or give me any kind of update. The manager, Tori, told me to come back in, choose a new pair, and promised she would expedite the order. Well, that was another lie. I still have no glasses, and I found out today the order was never even marked as rushed. I'm now waiting for a refund. Do NOT trust them with your insurance money.

We went in later in the evening and Teresa immediately greeted us and started my process of information in the computer. She was EXCEEDINGLY & beyond helpful and knew her product well. Suggesting frames that were complimentary to my face and nixing those that didn't look great. She instilled confidence in her knowledge and the choices she made. The process was painless and took less time than I would have believed possible. My husband said he was going to come when he is ready for glasses and I'm going to tell my friends and family. Thank you Teresa! You are GREAT with people!

Oh My I had a marvelous experience at this office. I have been to a number places to get glasses; however this off and process gave me a great experience for the first time. This team is awesome. The atmosphere was light and welcoming. I want to give a shot out to Brittany for guiding me throughout my incredible experience. Thank you. We were foreseeably running late for my daughter's 4pm eye exam. I called a few minutes after 3, and was told that "as long as we made it there by 4:15", that's the latest they could push it, and she'd be seen. Whew...drive an hour...We speak to the first person at the reception desk at 4:12 and get told since we exceeded their "10 minute policy", she could NOT be seen...and could be rescheduled for tomorrow. NO, we both work tomorrow. Then, they pretend to not know who I spoke to. WHOEVER answered YOUR phone line an hour ago when I was still in Brenham TX! We wasted over 2 hours round trip...hope my daughter's info is deleted as requested because we will never return. Do better. Sketchy and unprofessional...Maybe we dodged a bullet the long way.
