Came here last year to get glasses since America's best was the worst experience! When I was done with the exam here I felt as thought my issues were over. I was able to see with the glasses that I bought last year. I came in here last week to get another exam and she is one of the most pleasant and professional eye doctors I have been to. The exam did not feel rushed. Highly recommend her and Pearle Vision.

Visited Pearle Vision at the Cypress location & it was excellent!
Greeted immediately & warmly upon entering. Valerie conducted preliminary tests & was very personable. Dr. Ha was exceptional as she conducted the main eye exam. She explained everything in understandable terms and referred me to a retina specialist. The next person I was "handed off to" (don't recall her name, but very attentive) contacted the specialist & scheduled an appointment for me immediately. I felt valued and recommend utilizing this office for in the future!

Staff Review:
Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was disappointing. After receiving my prescription, I went to my company's safety glass provider, only to find that the prescription was expired. When I called the office, the front desk staff showed little to no urgency in sending over an updated version. Ultimately, I had to return in person to pick up a hard copy, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
