My family and I have been Dr. Payan's patients for 5 years. My youngest son is on the spectrum and she is so patient and caring on every visit. She combines top-tier professionalism with a warm, empathetic approach to patient care. Allen is also the best when is time to purchase lenses and explaining insurance benefits. Cy-Fair Eyecare (Barker Cypress) provides excellent service from start to finish. The front desk staff is courteous and efficient, and the eye doctor is very knowledgeable and patient. The office is clean, well-organized, and appointments run on time. I truly appreciate the quality of care I received and would definitely recommend them.

Read all negative reviews before you go. This office staff is crazy to be honest. We gave them insurance info weeks before, called and they said everything is good. Went to them, they send us back with issues. Next visit same thing and wasted the time. You will spend more time in trips. Also had my dad order glasses. They keep saying it comes with warranty. After all is done, i see $45 charge for warranty. Why cant you say warranty is paid and not free? For my other family member, I call insurance and they say this location is SPECIFICALLY included. Call this office and they say cannot accept. Talking to staff, she did not even knew what was vision coverage company name. Ridiculous and time waster. Be aware of this place seriously. I think its staff not working hard enough. My two cents. Owner seriously needs to look at this place. Also all 5 star reviews, check profiles as they are from other states which means they are all fake.

I have been disappointed with the service I have received. Dr. Payan didn't even introduce herself before rudely telling me all the things wrong with my eyes. She had me thinking that I was going blind due to my not taking care of myself. I was panicked. She also told me she always follow up on referrals she sends. After I went to the retinologist, who said my eyes were actually healing themselves and doing well, said that I probably needed to have cataracts removed, he sent me back to my Eye Dr at CyFair Eyecare after telling me everything is fine. I waited and waited. When I finally called looking for my referral, they had decided that my retinologist could handle me (Were you going to tell me?). . Was sent back to CyFair Eyecare, and I waited, finally I called, and they told me they were letting my Retinologist could take care of my needs. So rude. That is fine, but making up different stories makes me very wary. This is not fun and games. Be professional, kind, and most of all follow up on your patients.

I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for eye care in the Cypress area. The staff and provider were so kind and cared for me better than so many other practices I have gone to. 10/10

Dr. Lorraine was very good. She educated me on cataracts and and vision problems. My issues were mostly ergonomics of my computer monitors. The optometric techs were nice enough and not too salesy

I have been going here for last couple of years and have never had any problems. I went again this year in May for an eye exam for glasses and contacts prescription. There was a new doctor this time and said my power went down. They did not have the contact lenses for prescription so gave me a different set of trials which after wearing i was seeing blurred and drove home that way ( which was super dangerous). I called them back in a month about the correct contact lens trial but they still didn't have it ready. I wasn't sure if my eye glasses prescription was correct so did not get that one made either. Then after waiting 2 months I ordered my eye glasses and they turned out blurry. When I called them again, they still didn't have my contacts trial and said for the faulty eye glass prescription I have to pay $80 to see the doctor again. Now after 3 months from my visit, I am left with no contact trails or prescription and a blurred eyeglasses. To get all that fixed I have to pay more out of pocket. Just wanted to put it out there that I am not sitting here with a bag of cash and who is to be blamed for the situation I am in. Update: I emailed as you suggested here, no one reached out to me. Thanks for all the help.

I had 3 pairs of Cartier optucal glasses I needed lens updates for. It was impossible to find a shop who could drill lens for my rimless frames. They did a great job and at half the cost of my usual shop in Chicago. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure!
