I love Dr. Kelly me and my daughter have been coming to her for 9 years. But her staff has changed over the past few years and the environment is no longer the same. No acknowledgment and poor customer service. Waited in lobby for 30 mins no one said hey we are running behind we will get to you soon. I miss the old staff will not be returning

Brought my daughter for a second opinion about certain lenses that another doctor had recommended. Had an 9:40am appointment. Got there early - waiting room was packed. Front desk staff was not friendly. I filled out my paperwork before hand stating why I was bringing my daughter in, then had to explain it again for at least 5 other people while we were there. Finally got seen to do the initial testing for her. The lady who did her testing was very unprofessional (not friendly, said words like "sucks" and "crap" in front of my child and didn't warn her or explain any of the exams, especially about the eye puff exam). After over an hour waiting for the doctor, we told them we were leaving. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for later that evening and I said no, but then got an appointment reminder to 7pm that evening as I walked out the door...

I initially visited on Saturday night for an eye care emergency. I was so relieved there was an urgent care for eyes. I only needed to contact and make an appointment to meet at the office within the hour. My eye sustained a scratch and infection had begun. I was treated and had immediate relief.
I was then scheduled for a follow up Visit today, the Monday following the initial visit.
I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service, especially meeting the delicate needs of vision. Thank you!
