Cypress Vision Care

A Christmas miracle!!!! I have had 3 pairs over 5 years and haven't been able to see my phone or I watch unless I have it on the highest font, I had settled that it was old age. I made an appointment and picked up my glasses today and I can see my watch and phone on the regular font!!! Thank you so much Dr. Nguyen!!!!!!

I walked into this store with a fresh new prescription hoping to buy a new pair of glasses. As soon as I walked into the store the receptionist/front desk lady greeted me with suspicion instead of a smile and welcome. It only got worse from here as she didn't offer help or asked what I needed, but rather she bombarded me with interrogation questions like "do you have insurance?" and "what's the name of your provider?" and other meaningless questions rather than focusing on the selling of their product! If you are not welcoming, smiling, or helpful when I walk in, then my insurance info is meaningless because you'll get no business from me. I say all of this to point out that I've never received such poor treatment from a vision store in my life, not even from Walmart! I'd avoid this place until they retrain the front desk staff. After all, the customer is the buyer and they're the seller, right? Very poor customer service!

We are glad we found Cyprss Vision Care. They where able to see my 3 year old the same day for her eye problem she had. The Dr was amazing with her and made her feel very comfortable. She found the problem with her eye something that the Urgent care Doctors missed diagnosed her. I will definitely recommend and continue to bring my kids here.

The staff and Dr. are friendly and comforting. They are dedicated to your eye care!!! My daughter's eye were not reading correctly on the machine and the Dr. found her RX the old-fashioned way and fitted my daughter with the correct RX. Their frames are stylish, good prices and on-time delivery. I have been to many eye dr.s, but this is one of my favorites!!!!

Dr. Nguyen and her staff totally amaze me. My eyes are weird and I had struggled with other optometrists to find a way to see well and was really frustrated. Dr. Nguyen patiently took time to work with me and came up with a combination of contacts and reading glasses that really helps me see well. Then on the follow up appointment she discovered that I had a problem with seriously high pressure in one eye which could have caused me to go totally blind in that eye. She referred me to a very good ophthalmologist who she called personally so that he would work me in quickly just because she wanted to make sure I was taken care of. She even called me on a weekend to make sure I had gotten things arranged. She is an amazing human being and an amazing eye doctor!

Dr. Nugyen has been mine and my son's doctor for over 20 years! She is so caring and spends time with you to figure out what your problem is and that's what I love the most about her and her staff!

Monday morning blues! Front desk staff was limited. 1 poor lady expected to do everything - unlock doors, get office up and running, answer phones, check in patients, provide glass pick ups, run eye first part of eye exams. Schedule 9am eye exam with Dr. Dr. Did not even show up to facility until 10am and socialize with customers before entering room. Dissatisfied customer already....

I love Dr. Nguyen's thoroughness and care. She listens to her patients and takes her time. Thank you!!!
