I really enjoyed my experience at Distinct Eye Care. From the receptionist to the doctor, the service was excellent. I was greeted with a warm welcome and never once felt uncomfortable in fact, it felt like I had been going there for years. Everything was explained clearly, and every question I had (even the smallest ones) was answered with patience and care. Keep up the great work and never lose that amazing spirit! Thank you.

I had a great experience at my first visit with Dr. Reese. She was incredibly thorough, took her time during the exam, and really listened to all of my concerns. I've been to other offices where they rush through the exam just to get to the next patient--but that was not the case here. Dr. Reese made me feel heard and well taken care of. The office staff was also very kind, welcoming, and patient throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident in the care I received. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Reese and her team to others!

Distinct Eye Care has truly been a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and cared for. Their customer service is outstanding--everyone is friendly, accommodating, and genuinely willing to help or make adjustments when needed. Dr. Reese, in particular, stands out for being both personable and understanding. On my first visit, I was in significant pain, but they wasted no time in getting me comfortable and treated. The entire experience was efficient, compassionate, and reassuring. I'm grateful to have found an eye care provider that combines professionalism with such a warm, human touch. Highly recommended.

I am still shocked by my recent visit to this office. This was not my first time here. I had a really pleasant experience about 2 years ago with Dr. Reese and wanted to continue supporting a Black-owned business. I never expected such a drastic change. My husband scheduled appointments for himself, my daughter, and me. The front desk (I believe the doctor's mom) was very pleasant, but she couldn't verify my daughter's insurance, so her appointment was canceled, even though we are all on the same insurance plan. My husband ended up taking our daughter back home and had car troubles on the way. Because of this, I asked to reschedule my appointment so I could help get my kids off the side of the road. At that point, another staff member (not the front desk) was very confrontational and rude. I later learned that the doctor had already asked her to collect a cancellation fee, even before I had officially canceled. The fee itself wasn't the issue; I understand policies and I'm happy to support small businesses. What shocked me was the unprofessional and condescending tone of the staff. As a small business owner myself, I go out of my way to support other minority-owned businesses, but unfortunately I will not be returning here. Note: There is a sign in the office that states "rudeness will not be tolerated." The irony was not lost on me.

Dr Reese and her staff are so pleasant to be around. She doesn't rush through the visit and they genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend their services.

Dr.Reese is the greatest! I recommend her to everybody! She has been taking care of my kids and I vision care for over 10 years. The staff is always so pleasant and informative. Im grateful to have found her many years ago.

The doctor was amazing! She did things no other eye doctor has ever done during an exam. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients--this isn't about money for her, it's about truly helping people. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Before I even left, I scheduled appointments for my son and husband. I had a great experience overall, and I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend!
