I always have a wonderful experience at this office. Dr. Quintero and her entire staff (especially Selena) are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They make my annual visit something I actually look forward to--everything is efficient, thorough, and stress-free. I also love the wide variety of frames available all of which are stylish and on trend. From check-in to check-out, the team does an excellent job making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Everyone on the office was on my first visit. From the front desk to the doctor. I felt comfortable and at ease. The only issue I have is their limited selection on glasses frames. I think I have found my new eye doctor.

The staff and optometrists at Lakeshore Eye are very caring and professional! I have been coming here for years to get my eye exams and contacts/glasses! Making an appointment is quick online and I like that they have available appointments on the weekends.

This Eye Care facility is the best. Great staff, awesome frame selection. (I have big head so temple length is always an issue.) The office is much closer to home and my whole family is now at one place.

Man these people really go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you need and that you are satisfied with it. I used to go to their other locations but when I moved to the Katy area I started coming here and I have zero negative things to say about this place. I'm super picky when it comes to frames because I hate how everything looks on my big ole head, but selena took her time helping me pick out something I was happy with and not just sell me whatever makes them more money. Dr Quintero is so great and makes the consult feel comfortable as one could ask for.

I had such a great experience here and would definitely recommend. The staff were very friendly and patient. The doctor also was very kinda and explained things to me very well. Overall a very pleasant experience.
