Was here last year after America's best cancelled my appointment THREE TIMES! So I walked in and bought my Oakley glasses here instead! They have been great from start to finish and my glasses have been through a torture test and they are still in excellent condition. I came in last week for another exam and new glasses! Cant wait to get them! Highly recommend!!!!

Edit 2 Not only could they not deliver my glasses in Over a month, but they also couldn't deliver the contacts. They promised me as compensation absolutely never recommend this place. Edit: Valerie has reordered my glasses lenses and issued a solution for the problem. They did listen to my complaints and handled it promptly and efficiently. I should've listened. It's been a month since I've ordered glasses and I still haven't received them, called today to be alarming told I had picked them up. Which I haven't. Was also told they were unable to find the lenses in my prescription with transition and I called to find out when to expect a refund for both the copay and charge to my insurance only to be told "they are training new people that shouldn't have been said to you" even though when I called I said don't worry about the transition. I have a trip I leave for across the world in four days. I have no glasses. This is outrageous. "2 weeks" it's been 4 and there's still no update as to what's going on. The dr herself is amazing but the rest is just absolute madness. I've never had this experience or this many issues anywhere else I've gone.

The Dr is great but sales team is terrible. Off color comments about prescription and selecting frames. I will never return.

I have relied on Dr. Bains and her staff for many years. They are quick and professional and take great care of my eyes.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Quality Glasses and Service In January, I visited Pearle Vision for an eye exam and to get new frames using my insurance. After the exam, I received a new pair of glasses with an updated prescription. Within less than a week, I began experiencing issues with the lenses. I called the location to report the problem and was advised to use alcohol wipes and a better microfiber cloth when cleaning the glasses. I followed their instructions, but after two to three weeks, the issue persisted. I contacted them again and was asked to bring in both my new and old glasses for comparison. After evaluating them, I was told my new lenses had better protection and that the issue would improve over time--but it never did. Now, three months later, the problem remains unresolved, and I'm being told I have to pay them to fix an issue I've had since day one. And unfortunately, it gets worse. My daughter got her glasses a week after I did, and within just 14 days, the lenses started peeling. We returned to the store, and they replaced her glasses. However, she is now experiencing the same issue I have--foggy lenses that make it difficult to see. It's clear to me that customer care is not a priority at this location. I should not have to report the same issue multiple times over a 90-day period without resolution, especially when both my daughter and I are affected.

Overall staff was not friendly or welcoming. Billing staff was less than impressive. They didn't know what they were doing and you could tell they were poorly trained or rather still in training. I was told I had a 25 dollar copay and left there paying 95 with no explanation or detailed receipt. Will not be going back, and wouldn't reccomend anyone there. Update: my prescription is also entirely incorrect. In comparison to my last year prescription it was completely flipped (left and right eye). I don't think they understand the important of insuring they write the prescription correctly. This can lead to a lot more concerns if having the wrong prescription. Worst part is the lack of accountability. They told me the prescription is based on the answers i provided. Though the possibility of them writing it correctly was dismissed and not acknowledged. They suggested I come back for a reexamination. However first impression was already terrible. If they messed up once what makes me think it wouldn't happen again. Do not waste your time here.

Bought glasses there, paid for the scratch resistant lenses., Was never was told to us that they won't replace them. You have to buy new lenses because my husband uses them for work put them in his pocket and they scratched so basically we paid for scratch resistant lenses for nothing. They got money for nothing. Very poor customer service very unhappy with their service and would not recommend them to anybody do not use Pearle vision. What a rip off. They should have said there are conditions to the scratch proof lenses. Update: after posting this review today, the manager called me and told me that she would be glad to replace his lenses for $25 so that's good customer service and that's better than I got from her employees so thank you. I appreciate it.
