I had a great experience at Stanton Optical. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. Dev (Sales Manager) was very friendly and attentive he helped us understand our insurance coverage. David (Sales Consultant) was extremely patient and thorough during the eye exam and made the process very comfortable. Leo (CSM) was very knowledgeable about the lenses I needed and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was very kind. Great prices and amazing service from start to finish. I highly recommend Stanton Optical

Devaughn is the best. His customer service is out of this world. He helped me get some glasses at an affordable budget. Also he helped style me and picked out frames that best fit me. This was overall the best experience I've had at an optical office. Definitely will be back!

honestly the best eye exam experience! HUGE shoutout to Leo the manager because he was so nice and helpful and was so informative with all the questions i came with. I really loved the quality of service that was provided to me and how leo made sure all my concerns were answered even if my questions sounded silly and how he helped me find the right frames for me! Definitely 10/10 service

The lens quality is poor, and the customer service is the worst. My wife had her glasses made here and returned to ask for help, and as soon as she walked out, they called her stupid. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else , there are plenty of better options around

would have given this location more than 5 stars if possible. I felt welcomed. In return I felt good being there. There were happy faces, a well-designed well-lit store, and a good selection of frames. The salesperson was perfectly helpful not pushy. The previous location I had used was the complete opposite. I enjoyed the visit so much that I decided to purchase two pairs.!!!

Let me tell you about this wonderful place of extremely kind people! I called and made an appointment several days ago. We were already in their system as Stanton Optical used to be Eye Lab. I received text messages and email reminders of the upcoming appointment. We arrived and completed the electronic forms and such. The eye exam was performed remotely by an optometrist with an onsite optometrist reviewing the eye exam results and writing the prescription. My son got glasses and they were crafted onsite. The attendant told us that the glasses would be ready in an hour or so, but they were ready before that time. We actually went to get something to eat nextdoor and when I came back to use the facilities, the glasses were ready! Amazing! My son did come back after he finished eating to discuss how he felt wearing them, but was assured that his eyes were adjusting to the new prescription, but to wear the glasses for a week and to come back if there were any problems. The onsite optometrist looked on as the attendant was providing instructions to my son along the the supervisor at the location. I thought it was outstanding how the supervisor was able to describe how my son's eyes were adjusting to the new prescription with his agreeing to every detail!

Its an adjustment to have your eye exam be somewhat digital. I thought to myself I wasnt going to come back after my eye exam but when I talked to Leo and he helped me find the right contacts for me, he is the reason I will be coming back to get my glasses. Leo is fantastic, he takes care of his customers/patients. This location seems a little under staffed at times but he still makes sure everyone's needs are met. 5/5 for Leo

Just want to say, I had one of the best customer experiences in my life! Very informative, but more importantly,,,great service and kindness!! Extremely patient as well. Thank you for that,,,very refreshing, these days. Please continue doing exactly what yall do! I was referred by Lo Shern Diaz out of S.A and helped by Britney and Stephania! Thx again!!
