The front office staff is very sweet but once again completely disregarded the physician's orders and did not submit a prescription to my pharmacy, which was the reason I went in the first place. In my opinion that's complete incompetence and it's time for a new doctor. I hate to say that because I have felt Dr. Nguyen or any doctor that has seen me there have been amazing. But get it together front office staff... twice now you have screwed me over.

Took my daughter for her appointment on 1/27. I was very impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. My daughter was very indecisive on which frames she wanted; the girl helping us was very patient, informative and kind. Wish I remembered her name.
