I went in with low expectations because my insurance only had a handful of locations that accepted our plan. On top of that, I really wanted the Ray-Ban Meta frames, so I knew that was going to be a long shot. To my surprise, they had the exact frames I wanted, accepted my insurance, and even had an appointment available the very next day. The office is beautiful and extremely accommodating. They use the latest technology, which made the entire visit quick and pleasant. The doctor identified a condition I've been dealing with for years that no other provider had properly addressed. When she showed me what my vision could actually look like with the correct prescription, it was a huge relief. The difference was night and day. My frames were very affordable. I fully upgraded my lenses, and they had in-office specials that helped me save even more. They were also able to squeeze in my 5-year-old for his very first eye exam the same day. Turns out we're both blind The doctor was incredibly gentle and friendly with him. He actually enjoyed the visit, watched TV, laughed with her, and they had adorable frames that were almost fully covered by our insurance. Highly recommend this office. I truly appreciate the entire staff.

Loved my experience there. Dr. Hassan was awesome, very insightful. The lovely ladies at the front desk were great. Pleasant attitudes and accommodating. The young lady who helped with picking my frames was so sweet. Her name started with a M. But she was extremely helpful with decided my ending result. Great place overall

Everybody at Todays Vision are so nice. Dr.Le is incredibly nice and informative. He makes you feel like you are talking to a good friend. You can tell he really cares about his patients. Others in the office are great as well. They worked with me with my insurance and on my cost for my contacts. They are all good people and I recommend them highly!

I had a great experience at this Clinic. The premises are zen and has a calming effect. Brenda was both professional and patient with me on the phone. My last name is tough for folks to get but she did not rush me through the process of getting my info. Dr Hong Vinh Le is the best . He listened patiently and answered my questions; comparing my eye health data year on year patterns. I highly recommend this clinic.

Came in for a walkin emergency and they thankfully made time for me. The front desk was very kind and patient when it came to testing. The doc was even nicer. Had a great experience And returning today to recheck my eye. I'll have to bring my family as well as we are all due for an eye check up truthfully. .

The quality of customer service has went down over the last two years. My daughter is away for college and desperately needs her glasses. I paid my money and was told to expect to receive it 10-12 business days. This has not happened, every time I call I get the run around. I was told they would email me the tracking last Friday. I called today they claimed they couldn't provide me with a tracking since it hasn't been picked up. Normally they pretend not know who they're speaking to, called today the lady knew exactly who I was and didn't ask for any verifying details. I ship all the time and you can provide a tracking number if using a prepaid label. At this point, I don't believe the glasses were ever made and they're stalling for more time. I asked her if it will ship this week, she said she doesn't know. If the order was completed as you said, why would shipping be an issue this week? My daughter will be home for the holidays and I still don't have her glasses to give her. They however have my money. I respect integrity and transparency more that someone giving me the run around. I have been a loyal customer of today's vision but I'll have to take my business elsewhere after receiving this level of service. If I don't get my glasses I'll notify my bank since the front desk staff can't give me a legitimate response.
