I totally have to give an extreme high recommendation to specifically and ONLY this Walmart Vision Center. I have been to others but this one tops the list for me.
Yearly I go to my own private doctor elsewhere and to compare those prices on framewear vs your regular doctors offices these frames are oftentimes identical, more varied selection and absolutely cheaper even without insurance. So I come here for usually my second pair or, depending on the insurance coverage benefits, my primary pair.
What stands out most here is the customer service. Let me say that if you visit this location, demand to work with Jessica. She is absolutely the sun at this spot who apparently was trained under the tutelage of Guadelupe.
Jessica is always full of smiles and courtesy and takes the time to recommend the perfect pair of glasses for you even if you're as picky as I am for which I'm sure many aren't as picky as me. But she had the patience to assist regardless of the 10 pairs I debated on.
My glasses came back earlier than they expected which was only a few days. I was impressed during every visit and including when I order for the children.

I had service at this vision center about a month ago and I forgot about this survey that was given to me. I was helped out by a young Lady named Jessica if I remember. She was very helpful to explain the lenses strength and also the materials for the glasses I was asking about. I appreciated her service & the answers for my questions. I called to inquirie about ordering my son's glasses over the phone and was told that I could come in and pay to order them and they'll have his information ready. After the great customer service over the phone I was extremely sadden by the horrible in person customer service. I came in around 4:50pm Friday evening and observed 3 employees two working with customers and one (Carmen) on the phone. After ending her call she walked over to another station handled something on another phone hung up chatted with other employees and NO ONE EVER ACKNOWLEDGED me standing there. I interruptted their conversation to ask if I went to another location could they find my son's information and they all answered yes and NEVER offered to help. I had to drive twenty minutes to another Walmart to get service. I will NEVER come or recommend anyone to this location!!!!
